My kids really wants to try their food and we went there to place an order togo . I waited for a good 10 minutes for help but no one talk to me , they looked at me like I’m crazy. I raised my hand and one of the employee said if you want to make an order go to our website and order but she never said what was their website so I left. My kids are so disappointed. Please show your kindness to your customer. Feel bad for the owner.
Ordered online at 3:00 to pickup at 6:45. Opened food at Home 11 minutes later and everything was cold and soggy. Wondering how long it sat. Boneless wings, fries, cheese fris (really bad cold) and a chicken sandwich. None of it is good cold. Also was assured no pickle on sandwich as ordered but there was pickle. Editing this because the store manager said she would credit back our money but she never did.
Delicious food. Understaffed so it effects the service quality.
Atmosphere can not be good when you have 10+ people standing and waiting.
Have been at the few stores and I guess corporate controls music volume.
Really needs to be turned down. Can't hear employees announcing names
Very poor experience here. Even for it being a Friday night with 4 to 5 folks working, there was very little customer service to be had and unfortunately the meal did not make up for it. Ordered online with a max pickup time of 20 minutes, order was ready 45 minutes later. Ordered the new chicken sandwich and asked for no pickle but got 5 slices. The bun was hard and seemed stale and the actual chicken was puny and dry. I asked for the fries to be well done and extra seasoned and yet they were the complete opposite. The honey mustard I asked for was included and the fountain drink was good too. Other than those two positives, this was not a great experience on any front. Pictured are the "well done with extra seasoning" fries and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich that was dry and thin.
It is always something with Wingstop! Especially this location. They can’t keep workers and constantly changing workers and managers! They are all young and rude! And if i go a step further i would even call it Ghetto!
Today me and my husband placed orders for pick up at 6:30pm. I saw at 6pm i would not make it to the location in time. I tried to call at 6pm and they didn't answer. I said “oh well its my fault i have a Microwave” i get to the location around 7pm-7:20pm. I get my food and take it home i go to microwave it and see that they messed up my order instead of 10 wings and 5 boneless wings i have 10 boneless wings and the other 5 boneless wings not 10 bone in wings. I call the location they put me on hold and hang up! At this point its almost 8pm so i head to wingstop and call while driving and a young man answers i tell him hey i got my food and it is wrong is there anyway u guys can remake the whole order since i will have to wait for you to make the 10 piece wings and since i have to turn around in traffic. He says yes.
I get there and the manager is accusing me of trying to get hot food when i was the one late. So i told her “that isn't even the point you still messed up my food” i would be turning around coming back even if i was on time! She had a whole attitude and swung her big butt and braids and went to the back didn't tell me if she was correcting the food or remaking the whole order! Even the worker at the front said “is she remaking the order what’s going on?” I told him “i have no idea!” So i sit down and eventually she calls my name and than tells him to pass the food to me because she didn't want to!
All these wingstop are always so ghetto and lack customer service! Like wingstop is only paying you enough to live on welfare! Why would u truly care about remaking the rest of the order. She remade the fries and fixed the wings but threw the cold boneless wings that went along with my order in the bag to be an Ahole.
Literally everyone that comes here and eat’s know’s it is ghetto and filled with rude younglings and adults who hate their job!
Went to pick up my food, when I arrived at the restaurant the front door was locked????????????, the employees stood at the counter and just looked at me ????????, I had to call the store phone to ask if the restaurant was closed, ????because I had just ordered ????, and they still stood there and looked at me through the window , ????????♀️and then said no we’re not close???????????? ,
that ❗️white man???? you have on night shift for management❗️ , ???????? Is a poor pathetic leader❗️ if you look closely at the pictures all the employees are standing at the back door on their phones. So the manager❌ came out the back office from whatever he was doing to ring me up ,????????♀️even though he has employees there on the clock,
Food is great Atmosphere is great but the cashier was so Rude , black girl with big lips she was the rudest person her name was Thomas . She didn’t even smile instead she was so rude to us with my family
What a great place. The counter ladies and food prep people are super friendly. Super nice. I’ve rarely been treated as nice at any fast food place. The wings are excellent and priced fairly. My absolute go to for wings.
