This was the first time we dined here. We stopped here after our grandson tournament basketball game. We were greeted at the door by Brandon (Forestville location) and he explained to us everything so we could get the best meal for our buck. The wings were fresh and delicious. We tried the fried Cajun corn and it was so good. We will go out of our way to go back again.
I ordered my food before a lot of people and I waited 1hr and 30 mins for 3 piece combo and some fried corn. 10 people came in as a walk in order and they was able to get they food and left, but I still remained to wait for my food. Ridiculous I will never return to this location even tho it’s the closet to my home.
Lazy good for nothing workers refused to take my order over half a hour prior to closing. Other times I’ve gone I’ve waited almost an hour for my food with nobody else in line. Need to fire the whole staff!
This Wing Stop has the absolute worst customer service and food handling service I’ve ever experienced. Just yesterday 3/3/24, I spent $33.13 on 1 chicken sandwich combo and a 10 piece all flat lemon pepper wings w/fries.
I clearly stated to cook the fries well done. They on both orders. I had the person repeat it to me to make sure he put it in correctly.
Paid for it. My son went to pick it up at the time I was given of 9:38pm. He got there a few minutes early and waited. Went inside at 9:45pm. Food wasn’t ready ????. He calls me.
Ma, I thought that you ordered from Forestville. I did! WTH are they doing ova there. I gave them your number. He said ok. I’ll call you back. He call’s back. Ma, What now? It 10:00pm. The soda machine doesn’t work. What ????????♀️? Why didn’t he tell me that when I ordered the freaking combo ????????♀️.
Needless to say, I tell him to just get the difference for the drink and come on, oh no, they can’t do that. (They’re lucky my baby boy drinks Diet Coke). Cause they gave him a can. We finally got the food and it was DISGUSTING AF. No seasoning on the chicken. It was not cooked and red and slimy. The fries were cold and limp like wet noodles. One order of fries was only half full.
I called back and spoke with Brandon (the so called manager). He offered to remake & deliver me some fresh food. Absolutely not Sir. Plz refund me my coins and I won’t be back up in the salmonella factory again. I have not received my funds as of yet but I might be calling the Health Department. I better see that deposit hit.
Went here last nd turned around and walked right back out! GHETTO AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL! They couldn’t find ppls orders that were ordered thru door dash or Uber eats. They didn’t greet anybody that walked in! The place smelled like had been smokin weed while frying chicken! Just NASTY AND DIRTY ice all on the floor! The rap music playing like idk if I walked into a club kitchen or what! After about 10 mins of standing there nobody asked could they take my order. As one lady was leaving that said she was there for 45 mins she said I will never be back to this location again and one of the workers overheard her and said good we don’t want u to come back! Like wat I immediately left nd went to my car placed my order online at the branch ave location by the time I left and get to the branch ave one my food was hot and ready! I will never be back to this location again. They actually need to fire everyone that works there and hire new staff with good customer service!
I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to the chicken not being cooked fully causing the veins to bleed out. I was beyond horrified. Because she basically stated that the chicken was not fully done but they still served it. I got a call almost an hour later by the district manger whom argued with me stating the food was cooked fully and that’s how chicken would look if you cooked it at home. I was totally lost for words at this point. Being someone whom has worked in the culinary industry for over 12 years and had some of the top training both in the US and overseas I was very insulted. I wouldn’t serve this to a dying animal. I was basically told that nothing would be done about this matter. I’m at a total lost words words and still feel sick to my stomach. If I were you I would not spend a dime in this establishment where your health is no importance to the brand.
worst wingstop experience i’ve ever had. walked in and was told we HAD to order online but there were 8 workers and none of them could take my order? fries aren’t cut or seasoned as they usually are, garlic parm wings are not garlic parming. soda machine looked like it ain’t been cleaned in years and had no soda other than dr pepper.
There was 1 guy that was a cook in the back who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited 45 for my order. They were very rude I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed and will never visit again. This was Friday April 5 around 8pm 2024. Just don’t visit this location
