Sometimes its online order only so just call if your that hungry and unsure. I order in store no problem food came out fast and hot I couldn't be happier with my chicken sandwich. Definitely check em out if you get a chance. Probably going to get the hot wings next time.
This is my third time trying this location in the past two months and I am very disappointed. The first time the wings were not fried hard after I specified over the phone and online that I wanted the wings well down. The second and third visit the wings barely had any sauce! Very disappointing. I believe they recently switched management and if so, that is the issue.
Ordered door dash from this location and this was the SECOND TIME my food had a huge piece of hair on it. I love Wingstop and was very upset this happened. Not only was there a piece of here on my sandwich but the bread was hard. I reached out to the restaurant and did not receive a response.
The woman at front counter is rude and plays games, so be careful with this one. As a doordash driver, I went to pickup doordash and she purposely made sure I waited 20 mins and then said she doesn't see the order. She clearly had the order but lied and I don't appreciate that. 2 mins later she had the order ready without me telling her the order, so obviously she had it. She either does her job right next time or there will be a huge problem. Hire new employees or shut it down.
Well, we love wings and my son has tried almost every wing place east Pittsburgh!
That being said this place that I had high hopes for let me down big time!!!! Never had wings so dry when it was to be a wet sauce!!!!!
Buffalo sauce was nonexistent and the habanero wings had no flavor at all….
Bbq wings has some sauce on it!!!
Over 70$ at this place and we never finished the wings, they went out with the trash that Sunday night!!!
With the economy so high and everything is so expensive anymore …
Gas to get there and to be disappointed with our 70$+ order to receive dry wings and sadness for dinner.
I don’t even think I will get this place another shot at my money.
Back to Buffalo Wild Wings and they’re not much better except they put sauce on their wings ????!
Management needs to fix the problems asap !!!
I was so excited to find a wingstop in Pittsburg that I had to try it. Unfortunately I didn't look at the reviews first ????.
My husband ordered online and picked it up. He said he checked the bag and they forgot the ranch but he was able to get it before he left out.
What he failed to do was look at the actual crispness of my food. I asked for well done/fried hard and my chicken was not that at all. I was so disappointed that I had put them in the oven to try to make them crispy. The fries were extra salty.
I just gave up and didn't eat ????. My husband enjoyed his hence the 3 stars. I personally would not go back to this restaurant but I would continue to visit the one in Philly whenever I visit my family.
Food came fast wings were cooked fully could be a little crisper, the sauce were ok.. wet lemon pepper wasn’t flavorful, my overall everything wasn't Flavorful enough for me. Hot honey, lemon pepper and mango habanero.
If you love flavor and spice, i recommend doing takeout :)
