I came in and asked for recommendations. The staff was more than polite and willing to help. The food was great, and I waited maybe 5 mins while they helped countless others as well. Staff was apologetic for some of the minor issues that were unrecognizable. For food ready in under 10 minutes, that tastes great and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to swing by for a quick meal.
this establishment is super ghetto and trashy. they don’t even cook with gloves on or proper wear. I have no idea why they are allowed to be open in the first place we waited about 40 minutes still no food from these delinquents. they also brag about messing orders and gossip in the kitchen and disrespect foreigners.
This restaurant used to be one of the best Wingstop in the area. Now it is just ran by ghetto trashy employees that can’t do their job correctly. I went inside at my quoted pick up time and was told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting for 15 minutes the woman grabs an order off the rack that had been there the entire time and called my name. The employee initially looked at the bag that was mine and said that didn’t belong to me. Retraining these idiots is not worth the money it’s going to cost so you’re better off shutting this place down.
Absolutely terrible if I could no star it I totally would. The food was cold, and the fries were cold and soggy and the order had, "just been made", when we got there. According to the estimated order time frame. We were shorted on wings and surely enough they didn't give us a receipt. But no worries I have one on my phone. Terrible customer service, the lady working up front had an awful attitude and said they weren't taking orders inside and they said you had to order online.
This wingstop is very unprofessional and it's not okay! I've came in many times and complained Kindly and got cussed out. The leadership has clearly taken no action. I don't see how they're top rated yet they act like it's dollar general. I don't appreciate the unprofessional environment and I'm shocked especially because it's a wingstop.
Came in yesterday and a man and woman who were EMPLOYEES were arguing almost sounding like they were gonna fight and I was very displeased. While I was quickly serviced and one of the staff was kind and apologized it's still ghetto and inappropriate!!
Get this thing together, food was great though.
The place was in chaos for pickup and was in horrible condition. Poorly run restaurant with decent wings. Ownership would benefit from knowing how the staff handles orders and cleanliness of the store. It’s embarrassing to see a franchise get to this level.
Customer service was horrible, man was at the counter high off some type of drug slurring his words . Waited over 40 mins for a 10 piece wing & when I asked about my order cece that work in the kitchen responded with a horrible attitude and smart remarks. Wasn’t trying to give me a update about my order and advise the high man to keep telling me 15mins . Very unprofessional
Staff was exceptionally friendly overall Service was Great! Food was Made fresh to order, Perfectly Seasoned!You definitely get your moneys worth when it comes to quality and quantity! Best Cajun Food in town!
