I ordered multiple times from this location and the fries are horrible! They seem like old fries, they are so hard. Absolutely nasty, workers should ensure they are giving good food not day old fries.
If you want to go here, be aware they stop taking cash anymore. They need to start fixing the systems cause they don’t take cash. If that’s the case then it’s not good business. The food is fine but I have cases where I don’t my card with me and that’s where the issue gets involve. If you want more customers then please fix your systems.
i order a8 piece traditional combo and a 6 piece boneless combo and i ask for all flats and they mix up the traditional wings they only gave me 6 traditional and 8 boneless but i didn’t get no flats that i was charged for and they charge me for a large ranch that i didn’t even order ????
Didnt't forget to charge me for ranch but forgot to put it in the bag. Wings also have some hair still stuck on it. Buyer beware
Whoever was working the register and handing out the orders on Friday, April 26th at around 9pm deserves a raise!!! He was so calm even though they were incredibly busy and still had a good attitude when people began to get impatient. Food was very good, fries were fresh and well seasoned and the hot honey chicken was the best i’ve had from there.
This place is a mess, no organization whatsoever!!! I understand they're busy, but that doesn't justify for poor service. We have had several issues with this location as far as always either getting the orders wrong or just plain out giving your food out to others and they refuse to even accommodate you nor make it right in any way for their mistakes. The girl in the front with piercings and dyed hair has no customer service etiquette as she is rude and dismissive to customers. We placed an order over the phone which she personally took, and when we got there for pick up 45mins later as they had advised us, they said they had no order under our name. They gave our food away to someone and she didn't even bother to make it right. We called back to ask again to make sure it was the right location, and watched her pick up the phone, quickly said please hold and put us on hold forever... At that point we just decided to never come back to this location.
Marco’s was such a nice gentleman, took my order so politely and made sure my order was fresh! And ranch was included !! lol the cashier (marco) was nice and polite ! He needs a raise !!
Very bad service. I arrived at 11 they close at 12, a pink-haired girl didn't pay attention to me for more than 10 minutes and when she spoke to me I didn't take the order and told me that they were no longer attending as soon as I left the establishment I saw how they attended a couple who entered after me (at the wing stop of 4428 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60632) I just arrived at 11:20 at the wing stop of 5859 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629 and a girl took care of me very well and very kindly in the Of the kedzie 10/10 in that of the pulaski -100/10
