The wings were drenched in butter (movie theater butter) and honestly it was gross. This was my first time getting wing stop ever and I was definitely not satisfied with what I got. I’ve heard good reviews about this place on TikTok and I was super excited about trying the food and then I got disappointed. I don’t know if this is how every other order is like this but if it is then wing stop better fix it. I do not recommend getting from here.
First time going to any Wingstop. Cashier was friendly and helpful but my food wasn't correct. I never tried the 5 pc chicken tenders as it wasnt the flavor I ordered. The cashier asked the manager if he could switch it out and the manager said no. The tenders were completely untouched and thrown away. The 15$ I paid got me French fries and a drink terrible value terrible customer service. Went to La Rosa Chicken much better environment.
Update:10/25/22
For the 3rd time in a row over the past several months the service has been atrocious. Very, very slow which may be due to a lack of employees. The workers seem exhausted and or unwilling to put forth more effort. The dine in order took 35 minutes despite there being very light traffic into the store which includes web orders. The food came out warm, not even hot. This is very disappointing thing and I hope they are able to overcome their issues but we will not be back until we hear of improvements.

The have some of the best wings around town! The restaurant is a spot that is not easy to get in and out of from a driving perspective. It was clean and neat with an industrial feel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The food was prepared correctly and delicious. We will likely order online and take it home in the future as we have done both and the take out option was better for us.
Skimping on size of chicken. Got Wingstop in Philly and the chicken was a generous size. Got the same order here in Freehold and the pieces of chicken were half the size. Staff was great. Needs bigger pieces of chicken.
Placed an order online and while checking out I selected a future time for delivery. When I chose a tip level the page refreshed and reset the time to ASAP. I didn't notice before submitting my order. I tried calling the restaurant several times over the following 30 minutes but no one ever answered. My food arrived and I wasn't home. It was raining so everything was soaking wet and cold by the time I got to it.
I am unable to share feedback as to how the food was because my husband and I walked in to the counter and had some questions (being that it was our first time here) before we could ask a person camr out and said something to us we both looked at him and asked what? He said go order online we don't take orders at the counter and he walked away again. My husband and I just looked at each other and then walked out.
Everyone is so excited about having a Kingston close to us now, but I see we were not the only ones who have had this same experience. So I don't know if you are short staffed but the manor it was said to us was extremely rude and as if we were a bother that we were even there.
For all first timers, how can you ask questions and if you have special requests. Very disappointed and can honestly say we won't be going back.
When I first had wingstop it was at a different location and was really that good, with that being said this location just opened up way closer to home and it's FANTASTIC! The staff is friendly,polite, and awesome! The dining room is clean and cozy. The food always comes out fresh and flavorful, from the fries to the wings it's just all around a great experience!
Terrible service. I drove 45 min to go here with my family to be told we are not taking orders. Im like ok. So went to car and placed order online. 30 min later i was able to get my food. It would of been nice if one of the employees would of told me that i could place order online but they didnt say anything juat not taking orders. In the 30 min of me waiting in my car. I watched about a dozen different people go in and walk right like i did with my family. Except they drove off. Im sure they left clueless as well. Terrible service, i never will be back unless they get better staff.
