I'm not certain how many times I've gotten food from here, but if I were to throw out a number, I'd say my family and/or I have been here ~17 times. Regardless, all I know is that it's more than I want to admit...but hey, the wings here are just remarkable if you ask me. I've tried every flavor this restaurant has to offer and my favorite by far is the Spicy Korean Q sauce. Aside from this flavor, my family also enjoys the Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Original Hot.
The service, however, has been hit or miss, depending on the time of the day and the quality of employees on shift. Obviously, it's a lot slower in the evening hours because of the high volume of online orders (delivery pick-up), so the wait time could be anywhere between 30-50 min if you're ordering in person. In the past, I've experienced a longer than desired wait time when the restaurant wasn't busy at all, because I noticed a lot of employees just messing around and not focusing on the task at hand. This was very frustrating especially when you're "hangry" and you notice that you're the only customer in the restaurant. During my recent visit (11 Apr 2024/~6:30 pm), the restaurant was very busy and my wait time was minimal, so I know the employees on shift were highly efficient and cared about service.
I am appreciative of this restaurant's location because it gives me an option whenever I'm playing at Santa Fe Station. But, it is also undesirable because of the cigarette/cigar smoke you can smell while eating your food. Although it's not too bad because the smell of the fried goodness oftentimes overpowers those cancer sticks. Regardless, I wish each casino property would instill a rule where you cannot smoke within 50 feet (throwing out a random number), of any eating establishments...or just ban smoking overall at every property (reference Park MGM).
Overall, I enjoy coming here from time to time. I wish the food was healthier so I could experience it more often without worrying about my health, but hey, this allows me to try other restaurants in Las Vegas...which we know we have an abundance of. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is great and hats off to this franchise for continually supporting the active men and women of the Armed Forces, to include its Veterans. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I’m so mad. I’m babysitting so I ordered food to be delivered and I paid extra for ranch and everything is here except the ranch. Not to mention, I asked for extra seasoning on the fries and they came bland as heck. I also asked for the wings to be cooked well done and they weren’t. I can’t even go pick it up because I’m babysitting. I’m so irritated.
If you like feeling unwelcome to food and begging for sides you already paid for this is your spot! Located in the dankest corner of the Santa fe you can be served subpar wings by the most mumbly, angry teens in Las Vegas. Long wait and accusatory looks come free. Go to Fatburger seriously
Food is good when you get all of it. Beware ordering online you'll be missing stuff from this location. Always mess my orders up and don't get good communication from the store when calling. Can't review atmosphere I don't eat in at this location. Need to start ordering from a different location.
Ok 3 strikes ur out! This is the 3rd time I have been to this location. Haven't been in a while but I was craving it so I went. Once again where is the SEASONING!?!?!? This is the only Wing Stop where they barely put any seasoning on the wings! Like 3 different times and again ur wings are bland? Makes no sense puhhhlease fix it! Smh.
Disgusting! My daughter and I had two separate transactions/orders, asked for our chicken to PLEASE be cooked well done. My daughter spoke to manager DIRECTLY and we were served uncooked chicken. I do not recommend this wing stop location. Hopefully we won’t wake up with food poisoning.
Placed a to go order at 10:44 PM arrived at 11:01pm our food was ready to go! The staff happily answered all of our questions. The wings were perfect and the cajun fries delicious! We will definitely return soon!
Y’all!!! This Wingstop is sooooo nasty! I ordered the latto meal and have never been more disgusted and disappointed everrrr. So they give me 21 flats that were not fried well done, the only way I eat them, I believe it was a mistake because of the app. But instead of dropping fresh chicken, they washed off my original order and refried them, I literally had chicken that was refried with bite marks in my “remade” order. Then I guess to be funny they fried them hard as a rock. When I called about it, Eduardo the manager didn’t even want to make it right, he wanted me to come back again and play this sick game of is the chicken nasty or not, and I’m sick of it!!! I’m thankful to say corporate gave me my money back! And I will neverrrrr use this wing stop again. They also charged me 4.80 in sauce because the wings are so dry, but they knew they would be inedible.
