place used to be so good but the prices were skyrocketing so I stopped going years ago. tonight i was really in the mood for good boneless wings again so i stopped by and man has the quality gone down now too. got the 12 tenders for $27 with tax. Thats insane but at least they used to be sooo good. Just got home with my order and the size of these tenders...wow..borderline chicken nuggets. what happened to these good sized tenders? price going up is one thing but with downgrade in quality and quantity? thats just sad.

and 8 minute drive home and they are cold and dry pieces..
I’ve been picking up from here semi-frequently and Amari at the front has been welcoming and so helpful from the start. He’s only required to take orders and hand food out but he goes the extra mile to smile every time, talk to me and other customers, and remember my name. Excellent customer service that keeps me coming back. Thanks!
Order was delayed by an hour and a half. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Crew member who answered couldn't find my order, and then when I asked how much longer it would take, told me her manager would have to answer that and put me on hold again. Another 10 minutes passes. Call disconnects.
Is this really how you people treat your customers? This is insane. I regret every time I give this restaurant another chance. Absolutely never ordering from here ever again and telling everyone I know to do the same. Disappointing.
Delicious tenders and sides, always a classic if you're in the mood for wings.
And the staff, even when absolutely slammed on New Years Eve, stayed composed and kept getting out orders to all the people hungry for these delectable wings. Big shout-out to the staff at this Worcester location and the great food they get out to all the people hungry for perfectly sauced and tossed wings!
I use to love coming here and would come every few weeks, but i noticed the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Every time I get waffle Fries they are as hard as concrete, and they chicken has gotten smaller and harder to eat. I wish they would go back to how they use to be, but it seems like they’re going downhill, I won’t be eating here again
Loved wings over since umass amherst visits. Best wings around only comment is my favorite kind is Jamaican jerk and it doesn't show as an option ordering online so I tried afterburner and got torched
Good wings and sauces. I prefer their tenders and garlic tots. Cheaper than KFC and much better
Been coming there since they opened but there new employment is ghetto and rude they changed there order service but not one employee could decently and nicely explain why even tho the websites been down for a month I’ll never go there again everyone’s rude but can’t handle when someone gives them the same energy
