Flavorful Wings and Great Atmosphere at Wings Etc. in Indianapolis, IN
During my recent visit to Indianapolis, IN, I had the pleasure of dining at Wings Etc., and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
• Arrived at 8:22pm
• Not busy at all for a Saturday Night.
• Seated Ourselves as the sign says.
• Server was very quiet when speaking.
• It was 38° outside and barely 55° inside.
• Ordered our drinks.
• Ordered our food.
• Got our food, which every bit of it was cold, 7 boneless mild looked like popcorn chicken bites drizzled with mild, 10 boneless barbecue again very small pieces and very lightly sauced, 10 traditional barbecue, Cajun Macaroni was overly salted and barely warm. Curly fries with a cup of nacho cheese that was a tad warm.
• Then had to ask for our drinks. Of which the server then said yea I'll get to those.
• When it came for time to pay which was at 9:15pm, 3 split checks, two of which were on card and the cash was $50 to cover the $38 bill, got back $9.
Stopped for a quick lunch. Not very many people there. Very, very slow service. About fell when I walked into the bathroom because the floor was recently mopped. Mop is probably same one they use on the floor in the kitchen because the floor was greasy. Food was pretty good when it finally arrived. I had to jump on a meeting in the car after we ate. Finished my 30 minute meeting before my coworker came out. He was sitting there waiting to pay for us for over 30 minutes while I was in my meeting.
We got there around 2PM and initially thought that the place was closed. The food is pretty standard of pub fair but done well. The variety of flavors was a bit overwhelming. I do NOT recommend the Asian Zing.
We were seated quickly, order was promptly taken, food was delicious and our server was great!
I stopped in for wings and a beer. The wings were great.
Excellent service and food.
Clarissa(hoped I spelled it right) is a fantastic server and the food was exactly to order. Keep up the good work.
Desiray was ???? amazing. We had a party of 7 and she was on spot with everything. Always with a smile. Thank you very much from the UAW group ????
