Very good wings and selection of sauces. It is nice you can make them to a specific level of heat. The onion rings are great. I highly recommend the place.
When getting there, we had a 30-minute wait even though they had open tables. Don't understand why. The food was ok. Our server kept getting M.I.A. when we need something. Like to put another order in or to refill our drink selection.
Would give zero stars if I could, walked in and the man that was up there was rolling his eyes at the couple who just walked in talking about them to the other lady up there. When we got up there we told him how many and he proceeded to seat us, we asked if we could have a booth since there were plenty available and with kids it’s just easier he proceeded to get an attitude stating there are no booths available and we would have to wait at least another 10 minutes we asked why 10 minutes because there are all these booths available here, he again proceeded with a nasty attitude stating that server just got sat so no. I worked in the restaurant industry I under stand getting double sat but when the customer requests it we do it. Was overall a terrible experience from the moment we walked in, ended up just walking out after that.
It was busy. The waiter was good. Food was good. It's definitely a neighborhood bar. Reasonable prices. A small parking lot in back. Plenty of metered spaces surrounding. They have a small bus that takes you to Sox games if you eat there.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been coming here for years and food is always great. However, training and staffing needs A LOT of improvement. Waiter was unfriendly, very shy, lacked communication as he silently (and awkwardly) handed out our order to us on the table (we had to guess whose order belonged to who). Half of our order was wrong. Waited 1.5hrs for our food. Upon getting the manager (I wish I had gotten her name), we explained our frustration and the managers response was very dismissive and rude. When we finally got our correct/missing orders she slammed the plates on our table stating “i put in everything you asked in the kitchen, I’m done sis” and then dramatically walked away. Manager was also seen taking alcohol shots throughout this time. At the end of it all, we not once received an apology for our wait, incorrect orders, or inappropriate staff behavior. When the manager was confronted about her behavior, she impolitely and bluntly told us to leave and would “comp our bill”. We were very willing to pay and only asked to not be charged for the incorrect food brought to our table. Shame on the manager for her child like behavior, hostility, unprofessionalism, immaturity, unethical conduct, and disrespect not only towards my family and I, but to the entire customers who witnessed her belligerence, and towards the owners of Wings and Rings who she very poorly represents and “manages”.
I'd received any califower wings and instead fried pickles. I will be returning this as soon as they open up for a refund.
Wherever I go, I make sure I’ve tried a new place for wings. Hands down buffalo wings and rings is the best wings I’ve ever had! Coated in your favorite sauce with a perfect texture! I recommend this place to the chicken wing lovers! Make sure to order your wings Extra Wet ????
First time here, and the experience was overall satisfactory. The wait times were short and the area is nice to wait around outside the restaurant for your table.
Our server Alessandro was great, they were really kind and patient with me and my friend. The burger was a little underwhelming because the meat was a little over cooked and dry. Everything else was pretty good though, the hot buffalo wings were tangy and very filling. Only complaint would be that little moths kept coming in and bothering us because the window was open the whole time we were there.
