I give service 1 start due to poor service from server, server forgot my sisters order which was a quesadilla and did not check on us until about 35 minutes later. Did not even apologize for forgetting my sisters order. Server also brought over the check and was avoiding my table due to forgetting our food order. I had to go ask another server if they are able to charge me so we could leave that server just left the check on the cashier table and took even longer for us to pay for our food and get out of there. Nobody apologized and just ignored us. The servers name was dalton.
The service was absolute trash. I don't even know where to begin with it- but the behavior of the females working was ridiculous, two of them acted as if everything was a two person job and the other being all buddy-buddy with the cook. Not only that but vaping in the kitchen openly (I saw it, the disposable was a lime green color) and forgot my order two times. I was sitting with my grandfather and he got his food after around 30ish minutes while I had nothing. My soda wasn't even refilled while my grandpa had to flag down on of the servers/bartender to get him another beer. The service was just horrible and I would not go back there ever again. (The bartender who was vaping also pet a service dog that was on duty, and it's common courtesy to not pet service animals when they are working.)
I've been here over 5 times now. Food is good but the service is shocking. Tried ordering online 3 times but again service is poor. Each time I go, the owner/manager just sits at the bar and watches tv. Doesn't matter how busy it is. Done coming here.
Love this place the service is quick. I love their wings very juicy and tender. Don't know how the cook does it but it's wonderful and it's a very nice relaxing place to eat.
Great food if they can get the order right. Second time in a row I got boneless wings instead of bone in like I asked. Their boneless wings aren't great that's why I don't get them. The phone also never works so I can't call and say hey can you make my order correct, nope gotta drive back up there.
The perfect place to have a peaceful and yummy lunch with a cold beer. The bartender Vanessa is absolutely amazing and very helpful!
The food was pretty good but the service was horrible. The owner seemed really drunk and after waiting 2 hours for our food and orders being messed up they didn’t want to make it right.
Solid wings, nice place. We went pretty late, and even then the service was pretty good.
For being baked, the wings are pretty good. The flavors were the most impressive part -- particularly the "southern hotties" which is like a smokey valentinas, and the parmesan curry, which is one of the best stand-on-its-own sauces I've had. The chili garlic is also a good mild flavor (no heat, just sweet and garlic) and the jalapeno BBQ is also pretty solid.
The appetizers chips were also pretty good, and had an almost grilled flavor when ordered "spicy".
