Beautiful hotel with lush, green gardens. We stayed here following an organized bike ride. The pool is a warm 82 degrees and ideal for lap swimming. The balcony off of the bedroom is peaceful and private. We ate dinner at the Towne Restaurant and we were pleased with our delicious meal. The service at the restaurant and hotel desk (Tereasa) was outstanding. We will return.
I have been to Wine & Roses on two occasions. First time was when I took my wife to the restaurant for Valentine's day. Foog was great, service was great.
Second time was for a massage my wife got for my birthday. The massage was amazing and the spa is very calm and relaxing.
Visited the spa for a Himalayan salt stone massage, which melted all the tension from my muscles and completely relaxed me! I also enjoyed the plunge pool and tranquility room, beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and immaculately appointed women's room with clean fluffy towels, hairdryers and flat irons. The only detractor was the other guests who talked loudly in the plunge pool as if it was a hot tub party rather than a serene spa. However, I highly recommend the spa to anyone looking to pamper themselves, as the experience was relaxing and reasonably priced!
This place isn’t worth all the hype. Definitely not worth the money. I bought a gift card last year and asked for a refund. Was told “no” multiple times. Once by accounting and once by the spa. Came to use the gift card today and was told there is a zero balance on the card. I had to pay for my massage that I got because no one told me they ended up refunding it after I was told I couldn’t refund it…twice... I wouldn’t have come here if I had known. The massage definitely is way over priced at $150 and wasn’t even that good. On top of that the girl kept messing up my refund when I returned products due to my new total being over $200. She charged me twice and then refunded again and charged half. Unbelievable considering it’s such a nice place. Don’t come here and don’t waste your money at the spa. I’ll never be back.
Stepped into the spa looking for a gift. The attendant quickly asked a couple of questions occasion, treatment, or possibly something from the gift area. She kindly described some popular treatments options. Before long, off I went with a cute little spa duck and an elegant chiffon envelope, in it a gift certificate to the spa.
Think I’ll go back for a spa day myself✨
Used the spa amenities. I love the tranquility room. So peaceful and relaxing. You get a robe and sandal. The snack and water is so refreshing. Would definitely go back to the spa.
If you’re going to pay to have your make up done, just don’t. I had the “make up artist” do my make up and went back to the hotel and did my own. Definitely not worth it. Felt like make up was done by a 3 year old. Not worth it. Don’t waste your time or your 100 dollars when you can do it your self.
Very nice place inside, fire place, live music, very comfortable. Customer service was awful. We did let the host know about our experience. Manger did call us, much appreciated. Hope this gets addressed.
