Took my auto in for an oil change and requested they check my car for fluids and any maintenance I might need. I use synthetic oil. They will also rotate the tires upon request for free with the oil change. I had a brake light out which they replaced in addition to a sensor error I had. Mr. Wilson even checked my tires and pointed out although they had tread they were dry rot due to being 11 years old. He was nice enough to give me a quote on tires and advised me I might want to change them before winter. I didn't feel pressured.Great experience. The oil change was around 60.00 when I'm usually charged 89.00 at two other previous shops. Thank you Mr. Wilson, I will be back.
I would not suggest this as a legitimate Auto repair shop. Bad shop management (Scott), no care for customer service. They had my car for a month. Diagnosed and dismantled my interior saying that I had a bad fuel pump. I assumed the had my key fob (Alarm System, ding ding..) and knew that I may have a kill switch. Instead of asking if their was a special way to start the car blah. I took it to another shop and where they repaired the damage caused at "Wilson's Auto uncapable shop " to get my car running with no fuel pump issues duh..... if you love your car take it to real Auto service shop where all employees do not look greasy and they wear uniforms.
My grandmother has paid them over 1700$ and her car is still not fixed and its been 6 months .now she has to go to court. and they want her to keep paying fees everytime she brings it back for more inspections. The car wont start its not that hard to figure out if your not a scamming mechanic. I believe they are taking advantage of her because she is elderly.
Great mechanic shop very honest.They saved me thousands of dollars in repairs! couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable or honest shop! Five star recommendation great job guys!!????
Thanks for the great service today on my Jeep you guy are great, I thankful that I can come in after my work and you fit me in. Being a Mail Carrier I have to keep my Jeep in great condition so that I give my customers great service also. Many thank to all you wonderful people.
