We’ve been coming here for years and there have been times when this location hasn’t been up to par with others but recently it’s been great! We came in the other night and food was great but service was awesome! Aiden was patient with us juggling 2 little children and ordering and took the initiative to leave the food prep line to get us a high chair for our youngest. Though this is a quick service restaurant he went above and beyond and it was appreciated!
There is no flavor in this food! I got two tacos with completely different toppings and they tasted like nothing! I was just eating the texture, no flavor whatsoever. The complimentary chips tasted like nothing. The only thing I bought that was good was the chocolate chip cookie, ???? which probably is made by a 3rd party.
Sydney & Stacy are the best ! They made sure we were taken care of and felt at home ! Their customer service was top tier I don’t even live anywhere near here, but I will travel all the way over here just to get their service ! My mom used to be GM at Willy’s so I know what to look for . if I was a secret shopper they passed with flying colors !
I have not been to Willy’s in years. I found a Willy’s gift card from 2017 and still had the receipt with it. I decided to bring it, but figured it had been way too long and really wasn’t expecting to be able to use it. The gentleman who made my food said he was going to the back to see what they could do. The manager not only honored the GC, but took care of the whole order. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The food tastes great and I will definitely not wait years to go back! I’ll be back soon with my kids too.
WILLY’S!! Got the deal eO!!;) peppers ???? ???? Tacos ???? Burritos ???? salsa & chips! Cheese ???? dip!! All the great Mexico/ Tex Mex food!! ???????? we all love and crave!! The only thing that comes to my mind.. is it’s so damn yum ???? on my way .. & here I come!!! Eating until my heart desires!! Love the location! Friendly staff & clean establishment:))))
I ordered delivery of 2 entrees last Thursday night. I ate one and then became violently ill overnight. I am still feeling the effects over 3 days later. I used to order Willy’s fairly often, but I will not eat their food until and unless it becomes safe again.
I had such a good time eating here. The customer service was excellent. So much better than most places - would definitely recommend
Why would you go to Moe's, Salsarita's, or Chipotle when Willy's exists?
