Many timesbut I got a story for you about how I and why I keep coming back. Twice my window motor supposedly broke each time I heard a bang thinking a rock hit my door. Each time a mechanic replaced the window motor. Third time it happened went to Willy's when he was in East Rutherford. He called me and said the car was ready to my amazement he said that a small belt slipped off a screw. The bang I heard everytime was the belt slipping off thinking the it broke. He did not replace the window motor. Tightened the screw charge me a nominal fee. That's why I follow Willy where ever he goes. The best around.
Willy was excellent, he took a look at my vehicle and walked me through everything, starting at locating the problem and ending with completed repairs. He let me know exactly what repairs I needed, how soon each was needed, and the cost of each. Which he gave an AMAZING price for, about half of what a competitor wanted to charge. And the repairs were done in a very timely manner. I have never been happy with another mechanics service and will only be going to Willy’s Auto Repair from now on.
A+++ for service and integrity. I brought my car to Sadowski Auto Care because my Check Charging System light came on and they told me I needed a new alternator that would cost $950 to replace. I was skeptical and researched online that it only costs about $500 on average to have an alternator replaced for my car. Luckly I found Willy's in the area and he was very responsive over the phone and said it would only cost $430 to have my alternator replaced. I took my car there right away and once he actually looked at it, he found that it wasn't even the alternator that was the problem. The belt slipped off and needed to be replaced because it was frayed. Willy fixed the problem for even less than his original estimate!! Highly recommend Willy, very trustworthy!! Stay away from Sadowski Auto Care.
I have an older Toyota Corolla and Willy and staff have always done a great job to assure that everything is operational. They make sure I understand exactly what is being done to my car before commencing any work. Willy and staff are very trustworthy and labor prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for your car needs
Willy's is wonderful! My car broke down in front of his shop and he fixed it at a very very reasonable price! He's also has a very good sense of humor!
