My friends and I were referred to Willy's by a car car. I recently had an oil change and minor repairs completed at his shop. The office staff gave me the quote to complete the work. Knowing things needed to be replaced, I did not hesitate to have the work completed. However, after looking at the bill, I noticed they charged me to replace the rotors. When staff told me I needed break pads, there was no mention of rotors. Willy explained that rotors are a part of a break job. He said I wasn't charged for work that wasn't completed. I understand that I simply think educating consumers helps them to make informed decisions. He said if he had to explain every little that was done during repairs, he would have to charge more money. That's an interesting response, indeed. I'm glad my car is repaired, but being upfront and honest about what's being done and the breakdown of all expenses is what providing quality service is all about.
My starter had gone bad in my Honda, and the place I had my car towed to was going to charge me $960 to replace it. They also said it would take three days for the starter to get here because they had to ship it in from Denver. Well, I didn't like the sound of that, so I called a few different places to gage prices, and if they would let me purchase the part while they installed it. Well, Willy's Auto was the least expensive, would replace the part with the one I purchased, and would do it two days from then.
I went with them, and they got it done.
My second experience was similarly great, in that it was a basic checkup. But they found issues and broke them all down: how much each would cost, what condition it was in, etc. Transolution never did that for me. I think they've got a new, permanent customer.
If I had anything bad to say, it might be that whoever answers the phone sounds a tad impatient. But that's a very minor flaw in an otherwise great place.

I’ve taken at least 4 of my family’s vehicles here and every visit has been outstanding. I’m able to get a relatively sooner than later appointment, I’m given accurate quotes for not only the expected costs but also timeframe of my vehicle being there. Every person there is professional and knowledgeable, on top of being kind and sincere.
Absolutely no reason to look elsewhere for quality work. A damn good local business that stands by their word!
I recently called in on a Friday morning to see about getting an appointment for a 2nd opinion on some issues with my transmission. They had me bring my vehicle in and ended up getting my transmission flushed that same day. The staff was great and the service was very quick. Thank you!
As a first-time car owner, Willy and his team gave me so much peace of mind! I went for my winter check-up and it was quick, but thorough. Willy took me through everything they checked and helped answer all my questions. Going to a mechanic can be such an intimidating experience, especially if it's your first time, but coming to Willy's was great! Would highly recommend!! Overall best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic! I went in to get my low beam bulb and o2 sensor replaced. Come to find out the wiring for the headlight was melted and needed replacement. They were kind and honest and took the time to fix the issue. Even though I was a walk in, they were able to take care of me in just a few hours. The waiting room being comfortable was an added bonus! 10/10 would recommend!
Willy's Auto was amazing. I had a coolant leak in my Audi and he got me in asap and took the time to look it over and give his recommendations (since they don't do a whole lot on Audis) without charging a dime!
