The head barber is good at what he does; it's a pity he doesn't show an ounce of respect for people's time, patience, and money. This is a perfect recipe for terrible customer service. I will never return here, and would advise new clients to go elsewhere.
Disrespectful with clients' time and money. I made a reservation for a regular cut, and I even showed up 15 mins before my scheduled time only to tell me that he was fully booked and I had to try another time. A displeasure doing business with this barber...
The most unprofessional behavior ive ever experienced with a barber. I missed my appointment (which is 10$ non refundable and doesnt go towards the cut) due to an emergency and sent my friend in my place so the barber wouldn’t lost the time slot. Instead he tells me that he wont be cutting my hair anymore because of this. Unnecessary and very unprofessional of the owner. For $50 a haircut id expect better customer service.

I highly recommend this Barbershop, Ponce does a fantastic job on my kids hairs every time I also got my hair cut and designed thereto I loved how it came out. The designs he does in my son's hair is ????. He is so welcoming and nice to everyone that walks thr the door. I been going to only him since the day he opened up. he is the only one I trust cutting my kids hair!
Got a cut here after having a bad experience with another barber shop in Middletown and I must say, what a difference! The cut was on point, with precision and the professionalism was outstanding. What a pleasure to have you as a local business. Great work!
Unprofessional standards. Why charge a deposit to hold a time frame and once your client has arrived at said time you aren't available and said client has to wait for more then 15 minutes for you to do whatever it is you are doing? Not a way to run a business.
The website says this place is recommended by a lot of people their own people. They have one person in there and they’re too busy.
