Bill and his crew are always awesome. I’ve been taking my bikes to his shop for 10+ years and my repairs/maintenance are ALWAYS done right the first time. Pricing is always fair and quality is the best on the shore. Forget about going to a dealer shop, you’ll never find better service than Williamsburg. A friendly atmosphere, great people and customer service still mean something at this shop.

So first I'd like to say that I usually don't do reviews. However when I spend alot of money for a service that I'm not happy with, I would like to share my experience to save even one other individual their money. I have 2 motorcycles. I took both of these bikes to this repair shop. When you take your motorcycle or any other vehicle to a repair shop you know you are going to be spending some money. So to have your vehicles run worse after you get them back is not cool at all. Then when you call to let the shop know your vehicles are in worse shape than when you brought them in & they won't bother to return your phone call is aggravating to say the least. So to make a long story short I would advise not to bring your motorcycle to this "repair" shop. I will not be taking mine back to this shop. So now I have to spend more money to take both of my motorcycles to a shop to have them fix what should have been fixed in the first place. If your just looking for an oil change this place may suit your needs. However for a tuneup & fixing anything I would steer clear of this "repair shop". Hopefully this review will help someone save their money to take their motorcycle to a legitimate bike shop.

When I inquired about a new set of tires for my '06 Katana, Bill Kennedy gave me his recommendation and estimated price. I completely trust Bill to be spot on, since he has been in the business for several decades. However, since mine and my passengers' lives would be at stake, I wanted to research this a bit more online, so I spent a few days looking at prices and reviews across the web.

As it turned out, he was spot on. The tires had great reviews across the board and the prices online were in the same price range as he had given me, so were very competitive.

When I took the bike in to have the new tires put on, they had me in and out in less than an hour. This included the technician taking the bike for a run afterward to make sure things were right.

Now I am in heaven :) These tires were soooo right for this bike and the difference is amazing. The riding/handling of my bike went from about a 7.5 to at least a 9 out of 10

Awesome work great environment and fair price people come from all over country with bikes to be worked on parts and special orders come in fast ????a custom base that's been using this shop for well over 25 years bill or Scott will hook you right up call for scheduling as leading up to the summer months to gets rather busy

Awesome shop. The owner is a close personal friend and the shop doubles as a local hangout and all-around fun place.

Great people to work with. Down to earth and real. I now have a place to work on my bike that I trust.
