They have good prices, they explain everything they are going to do with your car and they are very professional and he is so knowledgeable. I would recommend his shop anytime. The reception she was very professional and nice when I called, and was able to get the owner on the phone. I was able to bring my son's car in and repaired in a few days, the car runs great now. I will be back to get his brakes fixed. Great service, Great People's

Hmm. Lots broke down cars parked around this joint. Just wanted a quick check out. "Sure, bring it down, and we'll check it out," then later, "Oh, it'll be a few days just to look at it". Nope. Wrong answer.
I was visiting my home town and my truck wouldn’t start. It was hot outside and we tried to jump start it with no success. I called Norman Williams and he drove over to diagnose the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed, he went and picked up a set of batteries and installed them. I can’t say enough good about the service and professionalism I received.

More like the most shady mechanic in vancleave gotta watch your vehicle it may come up burnt messing with this character never know who he may pay to steal your vehicle and light it on fire yeah stuff isn't looking to bright for Norman Williams my advise if you use him find a new macanic if you are planing on using him then don't not worth the chance of your vehicle completely not useful
