Initially had Wesley and William replace the headliner in my '03 GMC Sierra 2500HD and was extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship, materials & turn time, so I asked them to reupholster the front leather seats and once again I am extremely satisfied. I went to his shop and asked if he could do my headliner in my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee and got the response definitely. When I got my truck back it looked amazing everything was perfect. My first experience with Mr. Hall was one that let me know that he is a man of Integrity. I had just bought a "certified" pre-owned Yukon Denali that still had a hefty price sticker. A week into ownership I found an issue with the headliner. Initially I got nothing from the dealership except the impression they wanted nothing to do with me or my issue. My determination for them to correct this certified pre-owned issue led to the sales associate taking me to William Hall auto interiors. After an assessment Mr. Hall stated "I can do the job and have the dealership pay me for it, however this is a manufacturer defect and they need to correct this". Which they did reluctantly and had the nerve to say to me how much it would cost them, really!!!. Sorry not my problem. Just fix my truck. Thank you for your honesty Mr. Hall.....now fast forward, Mr. Hall just did another job for me on the same Suv and did the most professional job I could expect and did not drain my wallet at all.
