Will and Baron are top notch and the only ones I’ll use on the Delmarva Peninsula! I came to them with an emergency on my part but not necessarily a real emergency. I could have rented a truck and been fine. Will immediately jumped into action and checked out the situation and evaluated it and said I’ll see what I can do, and that turned into done!! Baron and Will read the codes and had it fixed in less than 18 hours. The real reason I’m posting this is Will and Will Brown Truck Repair have no reason for helping me. I’m not from MD. I’m from NC. and He and Baron are truly amazing guys and care about people. Thank you for helping me and being a truly great man. I’ll recommend you to everyone I know.
I had a brake chamber start leaking, called them at 5pm, they told me if I bring it in when they open the next day, they'll fix me up. They did a great job in half an hour and charged a competitive price!
I've called his number and managed to get ahold of Will on A SUNDAY MORNING with a flat on my race car trailer without a spare. He brought me a tire on a rim,but it was the wrong bolt pattern. He then took both tires and rims, back to his shop, on a Sunday morning mind you, put the good tire on the correct rim and brought it back to me, setting me on my way, and wanted to charge me very very little. This world needs alot more Will Browns.
I made every diesel owners worst nightmare a reality (put a few gallons of unleaded gasoline in the tank not paying attention) around 2pm yesterday. In a school bus mind you. And I drove it about a mile down the road to get to work after I noticed my mistake and topped the gas off with diesel. Dumb, I know. I was expecting the absolute worst outcome from my mistake— engine ruined, expensive fix, but let me tell y’all something… I’ve never been more at ease with any mechanic in my life, and I’ve had a wide variety of vehicles in my lifetime. Honestly, it was like going to a family member. I was told, “I don’t want you to worry about this. I will come get the vehicle for you in the morning, and we’ll get it fixed.” Sure enough, 8am on the dot the next day (today) the owner and a co-worker came and picked up my bus and had it for a total of 3 hours. Not only was everything fixed very timely, professionally, and incredibly well done— but the PRICE was, no joke, over 50% LESS than what my original estimate was. I mean, need I say more? *Efficient *Friendly *Above and beyond communication *incredibly fair pricing *great staff in the front and in the bays (the receptionist is very knowledgeable, so kind, and has a killer sense of humor!) *great simple explanations for why work needs to be done and what the projected outcome is of the work *Answers any and all questions in terms that are easy to understand for those of us who don’t have any auto background (hello!) THIS shop is exactly who and what you’re looking for, I promise. This is a forever mechanic for me in Cambridge, I won’t go anywhere else! Thank y’all so much for the fantastic work done! On 27 August, I was travelling through Cambridge, MD when my 2015 F-350 began losing power, check engine light came on and fuel pressure warnings appeared on the dash. It was almost 5 PM and my wife found Will Browns Truck Repair on her phone. Luckily, they were open until 6. I explained the problem to the owner and noted that I had the truck serviced 2 days before and had the fuel filters replaced. He diagnosed the problem immediately, put my truck up on a lift, tightened the lower fuel filter and tested it. It was all fixed, tested and we were on our way in about 45 minutes. The owner was very nice and didn't charge me anything but I insisted he take $40 for his time and effort. Without Will Brown's Truck Repair, we would have been stranded one and a half hours from home and our trip to Chincoteague ruined. I highly recommend this shop and hope you will patronize them Great, honest, competent service!
Will is great! Always willing to accommodate and help out if he can. We appreciate everything he has done for us to keep our vehicles on the road!
Great company that I would highly recommend! I have a fleet of trucks and I have never gotten better roadside service than I received from these guys. They got my truck back on the road very quickly and at a very reasonable price!
I was traveling in my rv and noticed some broken wheel studs. Looked this shop up, stopped by, they were super friendly and had the job done the next day! Would recommend to anyone!
