The fries were soggy and had no seasoning at all. The lemon pepper wings barely had flavor and the flavor they did have was awful. This is my first and last time ordering from here.
This sandwich is bad!!! I'm @ work right now hungry. I have all the scrapings off the grill. I order a Philly Cheese steak My # was 21. I opened it before I left but it was cut in half so when I got to work and really opened it it was totally nothing but burnt scrapings from the grill. This is totally wrong. I will try and upload the photo so yall can see this hot mess!! This is why I don't eat out. No concern for what you serve your public no wonder you have a sign that says no returns once you leave the store.
The phone NEVER WORKS!! They intentionally leave the phone off the hook so that you can't call in your order. Then when you walk into the restaurant, they are either standing around talking or on their phones. Whoever owns this place needs to check on this place cause it used to be a good place when the other young lady worked there. Now these folks they have in here don't want to work. Smh
Usually they are pretty good, just don't do the fried rice. Who goes to a wing spot to order fried rice I should have none better! ???? Their wings are better than their fried rice. ❤
We always stop here to get the fried rice and wings and maybe a burger. Everything is always good here but it takes forever to receive your food.
I didn't realize my order was wrong until I left (my fault there). I wanted dry lemon pepper wings and a side of spicy sauce. My wings were dripping in sauce. I hate wet wings! However, my complaint is the atmosphere. Spilled drink droppings on the floor and counter, condiments, straw wrappings, and napkins on the counter, and NO AC!! 102 degrees in Mobile, Al, and the restaurant doesn't have Air Conditioning a Fan, or ANYTHING! The wait was 15-20 minutes long, so I waited in my car! it was ridiculously hot in the store. The cashier was dripping in sweat in fact his hair was stuck to his face. I let him know I was not pleased with the fact that with the amount of money, I spent in the store, they don't have air conditioning for their customers! That the restaurant makes plenty of money because of the community around it and that's the thanks they render. Sad! Stop spending your money there until they provide better service.
TERRIBLE LOCATION, food was okay but the customer service was terrible from the young Asian boy. He was talking so rude to everyone and some customers even told him he has a terrible attitude to work in customer service. He make some colorist remarks to people of color in the store and it was an older woman trying to learn but look new but was trying her best and her attitude was so much better than his, he talked to her and cooks like he owned the place. I will not return here with my coworkers ever again. Get rid of him. THANKS.
I love everything on the menu at WWS but my favorite is the two pieces of fish, five shrimp, fries, coleslaw, && hushpuppies for $12.99. The fish be golden and the seasoning just makes my tastebuds happy. I like the butterfly shrimp and the oysters too. I love all the variety of wing flavors that they have.
