Saw a video on TIkTok and when in the area it was a must to try out. It’s on the corner of downtown Kent. Parking is a challenge. We arrived slightly before 0900 on a Saturday and it was a good thing because it got busy. We were a party or 7. We were seated right away. Order was taken - drinks first and the later food. The waitress seemed to be a manager because she dealt with our group with ease. I was super impressed with their mimosa & its presentation. Definitely worth the $15 price tag. All of us ordered the Eggs Benedict - with the exception of (1) selecting waffles & other selecting biscuits & gravy. Food was great. Service was good until it got busy. Ordered to go “desserts” (cannot go to a bakery & not partake) & an order of biscuits & gravy to go as I couldn’t pull a teenager out of bed. Overall if you’re in the Kent area, I would highly recommend giving it a shot!
This is a nice place. The food is delicious and the service was fantastic. It is expensive comparatively to other places that have similar menus in the area but you get ALOT of food on the plate. And everything we ate was of the highest quality. The coffee is amazing also if you're just looking for a cup of Java on the fly. I had a cappuccino for the first time in two years and it was perfect. Looking forward to our next trip to here.
Food here was great! Weekends only had breakfast all day.
We arrived around 1pm. When we ordered and got our food it was quickly but after that it was hard to get the waiter for our check once it was busy near the end of business.
Definitely recommend the Salmon Omelette and the Bagel, Lox, and Cream Cheese Plate. So bomb and so
10/10 brunch spot! My favorite is the Stollen French Toast and my husband loves the Dungeness Crab omelette. The mimosas don’t miss a beat either! Amazing service as well. You won’t be disappointed.
We just got done running a 5K on a Sunday morning and came here for breakfast after. Food was good, large portions. A bit pricey for basic options. Between $17-$29. What I ordered didn’t come with any meat so I asked for a side of bacon and the older waitress asked me… “Hungry??” I was appalled! Like why would you ask someone that working at a food place? Honestly it’s unacceptable and rude to do to your paying customers coming there to eat. Won’t be coming back due to this lady.
I ???? the crab omelette, Lox Bagel, Eggs Florentine, Benedict, Blinzets., ????Everything. The breakfast and lunch is exquisite... especially when I used to make the delicious coffee's & drinks 12 years ago????‍???????????? & an unforgettable (thought )(comment) that I never thought would become a viral meme.☺️
Visited for breakfast. Good options. Bread was fresh and crispy. Presentation was good. Taste was fine as well. Order took some time to prepared though. Less vegan options for breakfast. Parking is on street which might be tricky at peak times.
Waiters and waitresses are amiable and attentive. Food was delicious (breakfast). Ordered the eggs florentine and the poached eggs we cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. The giant windows let you see the town and it is beautiful. The croissant was delicious. Next time I need to try the mocha and some coffee. Will be back.
