What a great, small-town restaurant to stop for fresh food, kind conversation and fair prices. Tammy was so sweet and patient with our kids, and offered us a much needed place to stretch our legs. Clean, friendly, delicious.....what more could you ask for!?
Cute lil dive! On a road trip to pick up some bunnies and thought this would be a cute place to hop on by. ;) got a BLT to go and a butterscotch milkshake. Both were great but that old timey milkshake machine makes a heck of a milkshake! So glad we stopped. <3
This is an awesome little restaurant in the small town of Dubois, Idaho.
I had the Clark County Club, side salad, and finished it off with homemade huckleberry icecream! Great food!
Exploring the small town of Du Bois Idaho, we came upon this historic building. I just thought it was interesting and took a photo. We did not eat here so I can’t comment on the food. We were only passing through heading towards Glacier National Park.
Great little cafe! Super meaty sandwiches and very friendly service. The sourdough bread on my sandwich was superb! Just wish they had a better selection of soups. It was a snowy day we stopped in so I was hoping for some potato soup. Definitely would stop here again!
We were on a long trip, stopped for gas and saw on Google there was a restaurant. Just a quaint small place with a happy homey feel. Locals sitting around discussing life. We had a wonderful grilled cheese on garlic Texas toast and loaded potato soup. They were both delicious.
What a cute place. Very friendly greeting when we entered. Sit where you like at little bistro tables. We were informed of the daily special and placed our order. Food came out as soon as it was made. Such a reasonable price for a wonderful sandwich and chips. Plenty of thick sliced meats on sandwiches.
We were just driving through to Montana and needed gas, glad we looked up local eateries and stopped. Best wishes to Wild Hare Cafe.
While traveling north, stopped in the Wild Hare Cafe. The owners were so friendly. Wanted something lite. I ordered the small soup and salad. The loaded Baked Potato soup was excellent. The salad was perfect. I left there very full. The prices were very reasonable.
Lots of homemade items to choose from. Definitely worth the stop.
