We were drove about 2 hours to go to a bridal gown appointment on Memorial day weekend. We needed a place to eat that was close to the dress shop and away from 98 since we weren't sure how bad traffic would be. Wild Ginger was perfect! The food was so fresh and good! The staff was friendly and they got our food out right way. Best Sesame balls I've ever had in my life! I will definitely be back next time I'm in FWB.
Terrible experience here. The cashier was really kind and was doing her best. We ordered 5 meals. The cook was arguing with the cashier for telling us that the kids meals came with rice. The cook said it was not supposed to and it only comes with the chicken. When I showed them that it shows online where you select your rice and that it is included, she said it “must be an old menu” and that you can only get that online. I have never been to a place where the kids menu is just the protein and does not include rice?? I had also ordered my meal with no mushrooms and told her I am allergic to them. The cashier did ring that in but the cook was too busy yelling at the cashier that she did not read the whole ticket before cooking the food. It is an open kitchen so my kids just sat there and watched the cashier get berated about whether their meals were supposed to come with rice. We will definitely not go back and just stick to going to Bamboo.
12/7/2023 - this is my second time coming to this location and the atmosphere and service is always good. Restaurant has indoor seating but not a lot of room but the right amount. Staff were very friendly and polite. Was able to place my order and it took about 15 minutes. Bathrooms were clean ???? and tables were clean. I did come during lunch time and there was no long wait. I highly recommend.
I’ve come here almost every week with my friends for at least a year, everyone that works here is incredibly kind and they’ve been that way since the first time we came here.
The food is excellent, you can tell it’s fresh and the seasoning and sauce are both amazing.
The boba is amazing as well as the tapioca and pearls.
The environment in here is perfect and every time i come i leave happy.
Wild Ginger has treated me, my family and friends like family and i cannot recommend eating here enough.
We have not been to Wild Ginger in over a year. It has always been good, however since we live in Navarre, we try to support local businesses here.
Since my husband and I were in FWB around lunch time, we decided to dine at Wild Ginger. When we walked in and saw the menu, we knew there had to be new owners, and we were correct. With that said, everything was amazing. From the young man that took our order at the counter, the clean restrooms, the atmosphere, and most important, the bento meal was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. This will definitely be a go-to when we are in FWB.
Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The food is very good and there's a big selection of appetizers, meals, and drinks. The service is amazing and fast. The guy working, Moe, answered all of our questions and was working so hard as a rush came he was still running food out and being very friendly. It's a nice environment and very clean as well.
I absolutely adored our first trip to wild Ginger. The food was spectacular. I had the hot mama ramen I add an egg and their chicken and dear God if that wasn't amazing and spicy, oh so good. My daughter had a different ramen which was so flavorful. And don't even get me started on the staff the young lady behind the register was happy festive just an absolute Joy. The guy at hibachi was super nice he was showing off his awesome skills for my daughter who just thought it was the greatest.
This is under new management/owners for several months. The staff was friendly and apologetic. 12/1 is day one of reopening/opening. Food is not the best, would give no stars if I could.
The menu is different and the prices have increased. It took about 35 minutes for our 2 orders to get to our table. Orders were fried rice with shrimp and steak, vegetables on the side and brown rice with vegetables and tofu, no sauce. I heard one lady say vegetables on the side 4x and we still get our order.
I had to check on our order since it took a while. The same lady said it's coming. Another 10 minutes went by. She gave us complimentary spring rolls. Thank you. The filling was bland. There was dipping sauce included.
The brown rice was oily and cold. The steak was rubbery. The soda was flat. No sweet tea, no ginger tea and no hot water.
We took home the leftovers and cut the steak up for the dog (see the photos). The dog threw up, seriously.
I now have a headache and don't feel well, tasting bile.
We definitely will not be going back and don't recommend this food establishment. It's been over a year since we visited Wild Ginger. Definitely not what it used to be.
Also, the former owners of Wild Ginger did ask how one would like their steak cooked.
