Great food and service! Had a fabulous lunch and what a fun place to check out. The key lime pie was amazing and the carrot soup scrumptious! Best Reuben I've had, too. I'll be going back often.
I arrived close to closing time and I was alerted of this. It is a cute shop full of crafty things to buy, but is too cramped and hard to get to the door with people standing at the register. The truffles are delicious and I tried the chicken terryaki sandwich with the carrot soup. I liked the grilled onions and peppers on the sandwich. I will try to stop back for a second go earlier in the day.
Tasty food with smaller portions. Great for lunch
The Wild Carrot has always been my favorite restaurant in Waverly. The last time I ordered the crab sandwich and sides were good but the quart of Wild Carrot (unless I was given the wrong kind) was so spicy I only tasted two spoonfuls and had to throw it out. I don’t know how much I paid for it but it was a waste.
This Is our first time trying the Wild Carrot LLC in Waverly Iowa. We went with the ham cheese and broccoli quiche and the lasagna soup of the day! I also got a side of potato salad and coleslaw. The coleslaw is delicious! I loved the craisins. I was really regretting not getting a piece of their pie of the day or cake! When we went in they were packaging up pieces to go and they looked absolutely delicious! So much more than a little restaurant it's a beautiful gift store.
Fantastic breakfast here. This is a must stop place to eat here in Waverly. Home style food is the best. Pancakes are amazing. I recommend the Wild Carrot Plate.
Such a cute and quaint shopping experience with a large variety of merchandise as well as amazing food!! Best pancakes and french toast around!! Highly recommended the JR Burger for lunch!!
Super busy place even during the week. Best to park behind main street and walk in that door. Staff are friendly and very active.
