Few places, and even fewer people I’d speak this highly of. Shane the Manager, IS Wild Bills Westland. In my time smoking cigars, I’ve yet to find someone this knowledgeable about cigars, yet his knowledge extends to every product they have. It’s a rarity to find people taking pride in their job, let alone the passion he has for his customers and his products.
With weather getting nicer, I’ll still choose to spend time here because it truly feels like home. The bar staff will know your name after 1 visit, you can’t find that anymore. Cheers all!!
I stopped in to purchase a thank you gift for 2 special people in my life, what better way to show gratitude than with amazing cigars. The clerk was more than helpful in showing me around the humidor and helping me choose cigars, they have a amazing selection. Without his help I wouldn’t have been able to decide. I think we made a great choice and I know my guys will appreciate the quality.
Cool spot, was in the area on this day otherwise I wouldn't visit because this location is too far from my house. Really nice staff and cigar collection. I suggest if you live in this area or just happen to be like myself, stop in for a strong drink at the bar and smokey cigar!
I am giving up all other smoke shops. Wild Bills is the best I’ve been to since moving to Michigan. Shane was absolutely a joy to encounter, super friendly and knowledgeable. Every item he suggested was a hit. I will definitely a regular moving forward. FYI there is not only a crazy amount of selection but there is also a cigar bar and a bar inside. Amazing!!! Shane you totally rock. Thank you for all your help and a tour of the place..
The negative about this place, is the management, I believe his name is Shane. I have visibly witnessed him talking down others in the establishment not only pertaining to employees. I have also seen that in the bar this "Manager" has drank while I was to believe he was on the clock, as he was still coming onto the sales floor with customers. Would it hurt for this manager to have some respect of his employees and the customers that come in to keep this establishment alive?

My wife came into the store with our 18 year old to buy me some cigars. She had no idea our son had to be 21 to enter with her. I normally buy my own but she wanted to stuff my stocking with my favorites. The little man behind the counter spoke to my wife like she was stupid. Very unprofessional & Rude. I’ve spent plenty with this store and all I can say is never again. Many better options out there.
Pretty mf standard, reliable for getting products you’re looking for. Not the greatest prices for glass. Could easily spend 100x what’s really necessary
Have to give a big shout-out to staff member Shane at the Westland store. He was awesome and looks like rapper Action Bronson. Made my day great!
