Every time I come here, the young man always agrees me with a smile. Helps me with all no animosity. we even talk and chat. Sometimes it's always a pleasure to come into this building. and when they don't. Have it. He even direct me to the right spot if he knows where I could get it from. Always will have my full support.
Had just what we needed and the guy working was awesome
This store is always dead, and you are never greeted. The asian lady behind the counter never talks and obviously doesn't organize or clean her store either! Wigs are tripple the price than on-line. When you drive by, the open sign is never on, so I always think this place is closed! (its not closed, though) There are better wig stores around town. THIS ONE ISN'T ONE OF THEM!
I was surprised by the inside once I came and they had everything I wanted plus more....I ended up buying a pony tail plus edge control and rubber bands which was so affordable...will shop here again
This place is awful! Bought a wig that fell apart after 9 days!! Owner tried to blame us for poor maintenance! We have dealt with wigs for 20 years and no issues until we shopped here. Owner and son VERY rude. Refused a refund for faulty product. Tried to exchange wig but she kept bringing out hair that was orange or did not resemble what I originally purchased. Even told me if I posted a bad review of their junk product they would sue me! Can’t sue someone for posting the truth lady! Do not shop here. All they care about is getting your money! This is the worst store I have ever shopped at.
This place I would never ever refer to my worst enemy this establishment does not care about the hard working residents they prefer to cheat people out of their money! There are signs around the entire store saying don't open the hair so I abided by the rules and did not when I asked the guy in front about the product he told me yes the hair is fine...i thought nothing of it and purchased the hair the next morning when I opened the hair I noticed that not only the seal was broken but the protective netting on the hair was missing not only that the hair was a different hair from the box it was some sort of ugly baby doll hair. Needless to say I was upset so from there I went back to the store and explained what happened.......his whole demeanor changed . So not only did he tell me that he could not exchange it like I asked he refused a refund. Then he sent me over to another store knowing full well that no one would help me. He knew all along that hair was open already. I swear if I could give this place a -10 I would. It's not the money but in fact the principal people work hard for their money and you go out of your way by getting over on them by selling them a faulty products. Karma is something because when you do wrong by people and cheat people then it comes around full circle!
