I’ve wanted to visit here since it opened like everyone else. I possibly hyped it up too much. The food was good and as good as I expected as well. They were super busy but the food didn’t take too long. The milkshakes were great! I will definitely be back.

So, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Service was excellent. Food was not so good. Burger uncooked which is unacceptable. Ordered the #5 and was disappointed with the undercooked food. I prefer slow service with thoroughly cooked food, not fast and uncooked.

We’ve tried so hard to like this place, had Whataburger in Texas and this location is just not up to par. First time we went they forgot our cookies, the last time we went the worker was rude while we were in the drive through. They can never hear you when you order in the drive through, and it seems like they get frustrated and try to rush you through. Burger was so greasy it made the bun soggy and inside was pink. Toppings looked thrown on (all three pickles on top of each other) and there was no excuse, since there was no one behind us in line. Won’t be back, not worth spending almost $30 for two people.

While the food may be good, the cost is not. I wanted cheese and was charged 0.79¢ a slice. I asked for ketchup on my burger but instead got packets in the bag.

Not worth the cost, will eat elsewhere next time

They should've left it in Texas. The burger tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. The fries were cooked in old grease. After spending $50 for 4 meals I wouldn't expect it to be a problem to get an extra ketchup without being charged. Also giving napkins with a drive-thru order would've been appreciated.

Just opened, first time I've ever had Whataburger. It was good, but I asked for ketchup and sauce that I never got. It was a little crazy because they just opened. I will definitely be back. I had a single burger, it was huge.

The food. This is really the bottom line. I had a double Whataburger combo. The burger was excellent -- tasty, hot, fresh, and juicy. The bun was good and so was the chese. The patties were thick. All that equals a top-notch burger. The fries were also good to complete the meal. The large drink is LARGE, which is nice.

The service. Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly. There was a couple minute wait on my burger, but that's okay because I can tell it was freshly cooked, not something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I don't mind waiting a little bit for fresh food.

The cost. My combo was $16, but I got large fries and drink. I don't mind paying for good food and large portions. It was well worth the price. If you want a dried out burger for $12 go somewhere else. If you appreciate a good burger, try Whataburger.

Etc. I used the drive thru and it was about 2 p.m. The place wasn't busy and no one else was in the drive thru. The food was still good and fresh. Other places, if you go during off-peak hours, will be serving you old patties cooked during rush. This was my first time eating at the Clarksville Whataburger. I will definitely be back.

Fries were cold and terrible

Got the steakhouse double and it was below average

Drinks were fabulous :)

Wife's burger was decent but fries horrible too.

My shake was very average to below average. Very bland.

The staff was trying and working but product tasted about like a $2 meal at best and was charged $15 :)

Bottom line, very bad first impression, doubt I will give them another chance w other places to go but we shall see :)
