Arrived with my brother without an appointment. Was seen within half an hour. Lovely staff & doctors. Can't rate them more highly. Thankyou to everyone
I would just like to take the time to thank Carolyn smale for today! She listened to everything I had to say, she even stated to follow up with her personally if my symptoms continued. No screwing about had me do blood tests and my other test she was really gentle and making sure I was ok. We even had a bit of a giggle. Was really happy with my appointment. The lady I spoke to at reception was lovely aswell! All around great experience.
Worst experience ever. I was made to wait in my car for 2 hours, then in a room alone for another 2 hours, because I presented with a sore throat??? I left after waiting for 4 hours, this place is an embarrassment
Friendly staff, & provide a good number of services, including x-rays and lab tests. Drop-ins accepted, but you can wait a long time to be seen during their bust times.
Short wait time (went on a weekday). Super friendly staff that got me stitched up really quickly! Thanks Toby and Steph!
