My experience here was not what I expected. The service was rushed for my manicure, she didn't cut my cuticles, and left my hands very dry because she didn't add any oil on top when she was finished. Pedicure was fine becuae it was done by someone different. I paid 87 for a gel pedicure and manicure and I don't think I got my money's worth for the service and the end product.
Went in around 3pm for a fill. Not busy at all. Very friendly.
The length and shape are exactly what I wanted. They all look even as well.
Visit was quick but not rushed. She took her time and was efficient.

They took their time and did a really good job. They made the acrylic nails look natural. Other places I have gone use so much acrylic that it looks thick and unnatural.
My friend recommended this place because she said their prices are low and nails always look good but I didn’t have a good experience either times I went. I would rather pay $5 more somewhere else. This was my second time here because I was happy with how they turned out the first time and with the price. Made an appointment at 1pm and didn’t start until 1:40pm. I completely understand this happens with businesses but they continually took in walkins here even though people kept showing up with appointments with only 3 people working. They rush nails to get to their next appointments which causes cuts and bleeding. The nails look good but I had three cuts and a deep cut in my thumb. Wouldn’t recommend.
I’ve been here three times for a pedicure in the last 4 months. The first two were okay, not amazing but it’s so close to my house that I went a third time. I am 8 months pregnant and my feet were a little swollen. The man was so rough and rushed taking off the gel polish that he grinded off skin until I said ow and pulled away. He was grinding and not even looking. The whole pedicure was basically like that. It seemed obvious he didn’t care that he was causing pain.
I know there is just three of them and they are working hard. They over book and rush customers to try and accommodate.
Always a wonderful experience. I started getting acrylics this year and I’m so glad I found Viva. Both nail techs that I’ve had work quickly, without compromising quality. Everyone is very friendly, and I always leave with beautiful, strong nails that last me until my next fill. Love this place.
First time coming into this nail salon. As I am receiving my pedicure, I am reading these reviews and I must say, I am quite surprised by the negative responses. I received a fill, eye brow wax and their top pedicure package and throughout every service I felt very pleased and pampered. Young woman who did my nails did a fabulous job. She was very detailed with her work, and did not be so specific that the service took forever. My nails are amazing! She also was the same lady who did my wax service. Again, very sweet, detailed and did a great job.
As I am posting my review, the young man doing my pedicure has so far been fantastic! No rough filing, firm and soothing massage, and is very very polite. It's nice when your pedicure is lengthy and relaxing.

Great experience. You relax in massage chair while they massage your legs and paint your toenails. They are all very nice, gentle and caring.
