Bad service. Rude . Supers low and unclear response never follow up properly / send/ explain test results. . Doctor didnt really listen to you and just wanted to go with her own way in stead of listening and understand whole picture. Sent me to test but found nothing then even want to send me for surgery without discussing clearly with the patient . When I rang the reception to ask why surgery appointment . Answer “dont know, it has been discussed beforehand” and very rude. I ended up cancelling all appointments as its been more than 3 months since my last visit that they asked me to just go for the “surgery” while my body symptom has been changed. Usually it takes if fast 2-3 weeks for an appointment then a few months 2-4 months even more for next follow up. Big disappointment
Most frustrating service around, they are always grumpy on the phone and never happy to help. Never able to help when needed, have been my gp for probably a decade now and I can't believe I've managed to deal with them for this long it's a very consistent theme of rudeness
. Very negative experiences, often and no feeling of comfortability either on phone or when inside the medical centre!!
Took enrollment but no appointments for weeks. Why are you taking enrollments if you are that busy and can't provide a service within a reasonable timeframe?
Encountered an extremely condescending receptionist and was forwarded to the practice manager who never answered or responded.
No information or help provided regarding the issue. Called a different clinic (not enrolled at) that was infinitely more helpful and actually empathetic rather than rude who provided information on other community resources. Will be leaving the clinic and advise others to avoid at all costs.
Went in with serious mental health concerns.
Basically got fobbed off and checked my chest with a stethoscope instead.
Took a lot for me to reach out for help after years of hiding away and feel like it was just for nothing.
Really disappointing that it was pretty much ignored.
Trying to get feedback from them about referrals etc is proving a to be very difficult and still nothing after weeks of waiting.
Unfortunately it seems this is common theme with this particular Dr/practice
Not a fan. I hardly ever go to doctors. After 3 weeks of not getting better I finally go in, just to have the doctor seem afraid of coming close to me, as I have a cough. Then tell me I need to wait 3 weeks and then come back as he could not do anything, I seemed fine. Nevermind the fact that I cant breathe at night and wake up choking on my own flem. Sure Im fine. So now I go back to life in buildings with other people who I cant blame for not wanting to come close to me when I have a cough and wait 3 weeks. In what real world scenario does that work?
The receptionist was really nice and understanding and tried to help get me in with another doctor sooner. They are just so full.
I try to live by the old adage that if you haven't something good to say about someone then say nothing at all, so I'll leave it at that.
Just went to pay brothers bill & wasn't allowed in as was wearing material mask, can't wear the surgical masks as I get very hot under them & either vomit or seizure due to health problems & I explained that to nurse but it didn't matter. Problem was sitting in the waiting room was a lady with a material mask not a surgical one...I'd like to know what the difference between her & me was. Not impressed at all.
This medical centre used to be well managed but now you have to wait 30-60 mins to see a doctor. The nurses are hopeless here, slow and making mistakes with children’s immunisations. Doctors are great but are let down by the management of the place. Receptionists are a bit thick as well. Overall this centre has gone down hill majorly in the 6 years I’ve been there.
