I went to my 2:45 Pm appointment on 4-5-23 but sadly didn't get waited on. I walked in the door and all the hairdressers just looked at me never once asked if i needed help or if i had and appointment. I waited over a half hour still no one acknowledge me if i needed help. I even told one of the hairdressers closest to me that i had an appointment she just looked at me and took the next customer that entered the door. I felt so out of place there. So i ended up leaving and going to another hair salon that made me feel welcomed. I am very disappointed in the service that i wasn't given!!!

A bunch of excuses they can’t do a black truck driver feet ???? I asked nicely and I can see if was closing time but it was in the morning and the lady said that they didn’t have anyone to do pedicures on Mondays only Saturday Ms. Debbie was nice at the same time I just thought 4.8 stars ⭐️ a bit too much if you don’t do pedicures on Monday This place is 2.5 stars ⭐️ no pedicure on Monday people so plan for Saturday because they don’t work on Monday

They done an outstanding job, They cut my hair quickly and when they finished I was able to critique it a little and they fixed it how I asked. Not that it was a bad haircut, I just asked for a little more off the sides and back which they quickly remedied. Then she washed it to get all the hair off me and styled it with gel, all for 15 bucks and all of 15 mins of my time. Excellent..

Love these girls.. they are the best..been going there for years.

Allissa did a fantastic job on my hair. I had a bleach job and it turned out perfect. I also got a trim job and she did exactly as I instructed her to do. I was nervous because I had never been there before. But I walked away happy and glad I chose them. Now I have a new hairdresser!! It was a lil expensive but well worth the money.

Love Alyssa. Great staff and great service. These are very welcoming, friendliest, funny group of people who work there. It doesn't matter what you want done with your hair. These women are very capable and talented. Alyssa is the only one who I trust for my hair needs. Walk-in are welcome. They are located in Middlesboro next to Quiltiy Towing and repair shop.

I loved this place. Debbie did an excellent job on my hair. The ladies there are very friendly and greet you like they have known you all their lives. Great place
