Blake and his brother are the best barbers in Mattoon. They did an awesome job on my skin fade. I am very pesky and particular when it comes to my haircut and they definitely delivered more than I expected. Recommend to everyone.
Had been so busy recently, and I kept forgetting to get my hair cut. It was the longest it's ever been.
I got a cut. Thought to myself. Holy s***. This is the best haircut I've ever had. That felt good. He did something I've never had done to my hair before, combined with it being the longest it's ever been and I absolutely love it. Went home and I was about to say my feelings on it. Wife cut me off and was like "that's probably the best haircut I've ever seen you have" right as I was about to say it too.
It was dope. They can talk and vibe if need be. Or just allow the solitude. Not hard to have that either. The place is pretty inviting and clean.
I have stopped in on two different occasions and have been impressed with the service. I love supporting small local businesses and love hearing their stories. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
Both guys do an amazing job and will make sure it's right everytime before I leave. I have loved watching their business flourish even further at their new location.
