I stopped by this morning for a gel mani and a regular pedicure. Kim was beyond my expectation! She was incredibly fast, efficient, neat and personable. I received BOTH services in under 1 hour. Perfect for those who have limited free time!!
I absolutely love this nail spa. They do such a great job every time. Nally & Helen are amazing. However, I've never had a bad experience with any of them.
Honestly nali needs to close this shop. First things first I went in today for a full set they put me with this older lady the older lady took literally 2 1/2 hours just to put the new set on let alone she knicked my skin and I was bleeding. The shape of my nails are far from square and the acrylic powder is caked up on my nails. Let alone the lady doing my nails was eating. This shop is honestly the worst shop in CT the old owner was better. Nali went up on her prices for what new chairs big whoop people came to top nails because of quality and decent price. If people don’t care how your nails come out then come there.Also my nails literally are sticky I don’t know why and everything is literally sitting to them. I don’t know why I even try to give them a chance they’re convenient but trash never again.
I've been going for yrs here until a few months ago. I had no choice today because Vivis was closed. I took my kids for a full and all I needed a nail polish change and in the end after talking amongst eachother they come up with their own price which changes every time. They charged almost $150 !!!!At Vivis I can get a full set ,polish and all nails designed for about $50!! When I bring my daughter they even have given me a discount . I will never go back again . No wonder they are losing buisness ! I was upset and said all of this to them and they still gave me an attitude ! They also don't clean under your nails or file them down under either !! Please don't waste your time here ! The women are.nit polite my daughter has autism and came to me to say the woman hurt her and the woman yelled at her ! Never again for me !!!
TOP NAILS is the best nail salon in Middlesex county! It is clean, fast, heavily staffed so little to no wait time and every worker is good and listens to what you actually want! Not too expensive either. Love them.
Over priced like crazy and it continues to increase GEL is now 15 bucks extra!! The nail polish is poor quality. This is the 3rd time i had to come back foe them repaint peeling nails and they make wait forever just repaint two nails

If it was possible to give a starless review, I would have! I arrived at the salon at 9:25 a.m. Nally asked what I needed done. I told her I needed a gel fill. She instructed me to wash my hands. She told me to select my color. I explained to her that I had been painting and that the paint was under my nails after scrubbing them with a solution and it was not dirt. She asked a second time what color did I want. She proceeded to rush me. I had to ask her clean underneath my nails because of the black paint. She said that I should have requested a manicure! I never had to tell a nail tech clean underneath my nails and never was told it wasn’t me included in the service! She took a large drill bit and hastily took one pass! Nicked me! Didn’t throughly clean them!To add insult to injury, a woman comes in with a large dog! What the heck!! Health department take notice! She never was asked to take the dog out! I was a loyal customer, always gave a generous tip. She took my money never thanked me, for the first time I didn’t leave a tip!!! I will NEVER COME BACK!!!
