I've been getting my hair cut here for years. Very affordable but the hair stylists don't rush through your hair cut either. They take their time to make sure they do a good job.
Got me in immediately and only took about 5 minutes to shave my head...found out they are closing their doors on July 23....guess I'll be looking for a new place.
I've been to Top Cut in owasso many times for hair cuts, colors, and my eyebrows waxed. I've never had a bad experience and have always been more than satisfied. Ask for Jacie, she's the best!
Went to get a haircut 7/11/2014 at the Owasso location. While there, an employee on vacation came in and cut her family's hair and that was understandable. Spent 45 minutes waiting my turn with the three on duty ( lady working the first chair spent more time talking than cutting hair). When it came my turn the employee working the first chair called the last customer to arrive ahead of two of us that had been waiting. I left without getting my hair cut.
I love Kayla, she did a great job, just made a regular customer out of me!! :)
