Best WLM Reviews

Cheese and pickle sandwich was awful. Meant to be white bread, was a weird cross between white and brown urgh, also stale and tasted terrible. £9.90 for 2 lots of sandwiches, very expensive and probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. Will never eat there again.
Perfect place for coffee and cake or branch. It is in the park which is amazing. I had a taheni brownie; creative and delicious.
Lovely little place to grab a coffee in the park. Outdoor and indoor seating. Cool on a hot day.
Fantastic. Brilliant atmosphere. Excellent service. Delicious food.
Cute little restaurant with great breakfast and lunch and wonderful friendly service.
Simply the place to eat in rugby. Stylish, cool with a incredible friendly atmosphere where all the family feel comfortable. That's all fine but If the food doesn't stack up there is no point, but it SO does! Brunch & lunch is great but the cakes are to die For! Come to the beautiful park, enjoy the surroundings and make sure you stop for a chill & a cake!
We have been taking coffee or ice cream in this cafe for nearly two years since we moved to Rugby as it's in very convenient place for park visits. The personnel is usually very friendly and polite. But yesterday was the last time we have spent our money in there (cannot say bought sth as we didn't take our order) because my partner was shut down roughly for wanting to use baby changing facilities without purchasing anything. We understand that it's for customers only, but it's never been an issue before and we used to buy drinks much more often than using toilets.
Warm and friendly welcome. Lovely selection of cakes that are very large and filling. Happy to accept the guide dog puppy inside. Must visit at lunch time to have the soup as sounds good.

Starting with the strengths, many customers appreciate the Tool Shed Cafe for its location in the park. It is described as an amazing and beautiful park, offering a pleasant environment for visitors to enjoy their coffee and cake or other meals. The outdoor and indoor seating options are also mentioned positively, with customers finding it cool to sit outside on a hot day.
The atmosphere of the cafe is another strength that is frequently mentioned in the comments. It is described as fantastic, brilliant, stylish, and cool. The Tool Shed Cafe seems to create a friendly and comfortable environment where all members of the family can feel at ease. This positive atmosphere contributes to the overall experience of customers.
Customer service is also highlighted as a strength of the cafe. The personnel is said to be friendly, polite, and provides a warm and friendly welcome to customers. The fact that they were happy to accept a guide dog puppy inside shows a level of inclusivity and accommodation.
In terms of food, the cafe receives positive feedback on its creative and delicious options. Specifically, the Tahini brownie is mentioned as being both creative and delicious. The breakfast and lunch options are also praised, with customers recommending visiting for brunch or lunch. The comment about the cakes being "to die for" suggests that they are of high quality and worth trying.
However, there are also weaknesses that are highlighted in the comments. One customer had an extremely negative experience with a cheese and pickle sandwich, describing it as awful, stale, and tasting terrible. The comment also mentions that the sandwich was meant to be made with white bread but was a strange cross between white and brown bread. This suggests a lack of quality control in terms of food preparation.
Another concern raised is the price of the sandwiches, with one customer stating that £9.90 for two lots of sandwiches is very expensive. This comment suggests that the pricing might not be perceived as reasonable by some customers, especially considering the negative experience with the sandwich's quality.
Additionally, a customer mentions an incident involving the use of baby changing facilities without purchasing anything. They state that they have been going to the cafe for nearly two years and have regularly bought drinks, but were shut down roughly when they wanted to use the facilities without making a purchase.
