Service was not bad however they always over charge me!!! Idk why maybe cause I speak English. On wensite it says 25 euros for a wash and dry for long hair. At the salone it became 35 and I didnt ask for anything more!!! Not recommended
The service was great! They accept my short notice booking and all personal were very nice and polite to me. But I didn’t like the quality of the hair blow. I explained few times how I want and my request was simple. If I had necessary things with me or if they would let me do, I’d make it much better on my own. I simply wanted some wavy volume. But the hairdresser create a mess and instead of waves it was looking like I didn’t brush my hair. And there was zero volume at the roots of my hair, which was easy to do with the hair dryer they use. Next time if I go, I’ll ask them just to let me use their equipment and do it myself
I waited to write a review until my second visit. Again, I'm very happy with the result and service. As soon as I entered I was greeted and given a chair and in less then 5 minutes I was offered something to drink as they started with my haircut. What I appreciate a lot is that they heard that I'm not a native French speaker and they automatically switched to Dutch but I also hear them speak multiple other languages to other customers. This makes you feel that much more welcome and is great for expats living in Brussels.

I first went for a balayage but the result was not what I was looking for, so the same day I called Tony back and asked him if they could correct the colour and so they did! I'm very happy with the result now and my natural looking highlights ! Thank you! The haircut looks also good!
