This is an amazing establishment which I've had the pleasure of going too all the staff are friendly from the word go, nothing is too much for them to make customers feel welcome. You walk in a starnger but you leave as family as it's that friendly, Even the regular drinkers make you feel welcome. The best night to go in is when they have Karaoke as it really comes alive then.

Great atmosphere, karaoke was amazing. Great place to have a few drinks with mates. Will be going again soon

Friendly staff (including bouncers), nice building and decor, and for once, a solid karaoke list.

Seems like quite an accepting pub, in that it does what it needs to for the locals and exactly what it has to for the newcomers and the younger generations.

Really nice pub, would have given 4.5 if I could.

While on holiday in, Devon, my husband & I visited The White Hart in Moretonhampstead. It was a very busy Sunday, but we were given a table & ordered the Sunday roast. I had pork, my husband had beef. They were amazing, I can honestly say the best roasts we’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly cooked. We’ll worth a trip.

After an early start,0800,from "crunchies' in plymouth, 57 of us decended on newton abbott for a football final. After the game we left the ground and swamped the white hart. The owner/ barstaff dealt with a coach full of boisterous, loud, singing and chanting drunks admirably to the extent that they joined in. ( proverb in there) A very welcoming atmosphere.
