My daughter decided to celebrate her 17th birthday there and I’m so glad she did! The food was amazing. I asked if I could have Chicken Scampi and they were able to accommodate my order. Our server Amanda S. was great! She was very attentive, polite and friendly. She brought back my daughter’s dessert order with a decorated plate and candle to continue on the celebration. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back again!
Amazing food. Friendly server. Be prepared for a Very long wait. Our waitress was excellent. Didn’t miss anything.
Food was served hot, the portions were plentiful. Tasty. Anyone who’s been at the Cheesecake Factory knows the menu never disappoints… but this time it did. No longer have Chicken Masala. But there’s something they have similar.
went to celebrate my birthday and graduation. i don’t remember his name but our server was incredible! he was so kind and super knowledgeable on all the menu items. great experience!!
This was our first time and it was amazing! We ordered the nachos for an appetizer. I got the parmesan crusted chicken. My kids got the Mac and cheese burgers. All the meals were so delicious and the portions were very large. Then for dessert we got white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake and tiramisu. The restaurant was so pretty, and our waitress was sweet and attentive. Over all a wonderful experience on our family vacation!
We've been coming to the US for years and the cheesecake factory is one of our favourite restaurants and we've been to many of their locations.
On this trip we visited this restaurant twice and loved their food.
I always have the 'classic' burger (which is bigger and better than their other burgers).
Always ask for it to be medium which is pink and juicy inside but with a lovely blackened tasty outside.
On our first visit my burger came out very overcooked (not pink and dry inside). I informed the server who immediately agreed with me and took it away to get another made.
The new burger was perfect, and the manager also came over to apologise and offer a complementary piece of cheesecake which was very nice and appreciated.
My wife always gets the chicken bellagio, and on our first visit the chicken was very tough and didn't taste that good but this is a rare issue.
On our second visit we both ordered the same dishes, and this time my burger came out perfectly cooked and the chicken bellagio was also perfect.
We do really love the food here, and if anything is wrong we appreciate the manager coming over to apologise and make things right.
The servers are normally always perfect as well. Very friendly and polite and always there if you need something.
We will definitely be back next year when we're in the area again!
I guess if you’ve been to one cheesecake factory, you’ve been to them all. The food was very good and our waiter was awesome. As with other locations it was very dark inside. Regardless it is a good place to bring large groups since there are so many options and also some nice options for celebration dinners.
Was seated outside..went for dessert first ... for mother's day..dessert was great..didn't like corn ribs..they took it off tab..nice customer service..good waiter
this is a very nice restaurant. the environment is elegant, the staff are very polite and attentive. the food is always extremely tasty and reasonably portioned for price. the only negative thing is that it's very very noisy.
