First time dining at the Cheesecake Factory. Busy Saturday night. Has to wait around 30 minutes for a table for four. Our food came out around 25 minutes after ordering it. Still hot. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta plate was good. Could've had more Cajun sauce. The chicken was breaded and fried to perfection. The Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp was very good. Spicy and sweet. The Chicken and Stea combination plate was okay. Flatbread pizza was good. We also ordered a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake that was okay. Not the best cheesecake we ever had.
Service was very good. The place could use more cleaning, especially the restrooms. They were a mess.
It will probably be the last time we come to a TCF.l to be honest. It's too expensive!
We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory in Trumbull and was thoroughly impressed. The variety in the menu was remarkable, offering everything from hearty entrees to light and healthy options. The salmon, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and the Cajun jambalaya pasta were delightful, affordable choices. And of course the cheesecake ... you can't go wrong with any selection. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, making it an ideal spot for families. While the food was exceptional, there was a noticeable inconsistency in the service during peak hours. The waiter took a while to check in before and after serving our meals. Overall, a great dining experience with a few areas for improvement.

Today for lunch went with Lemon Garlic Shrimp with angel hair, and Turkey Bacon Avacado sandwich, and strawberry cheese cake..

Went last night for a birthday dinner. I ordered the meat loaf, and for an app we had the pretzel bites with fondue. The app was delicious, and I highly suggest ???? the meat loaf was good and the portions are huge. Makes it really hard to save room for cheesecake, so we took some to go, lol. Severs were nice enough, and the place is pretty comfortable for being in a mall. This is definitely a you gotta go at least once place. But I could see coming back in the future.
Excellent quality, great service, really hopping in here! Bit of a wait, but we'll worth it. Will be back.
The waiting time was unbelievably slow and the waiter was rude and the food did not come out for an hour we complained to the manager and nothing got done and she said she would take care of the bill and she did not do anything and the food was not great, the pasta dish was not even the whole bottom portion of the 2 go container and the burger was not cooked I asked for medium this is literally browned and chewy! and this is the one in the Trumbull mall
My daughter is obsessed with their steak and potatoes. I love the bread basket. The drinks are not that great but their not bad either. I always take a cheese cake to go for my son. It’s a good stop to eat when you’re shopping in the mall.
Excellent lunch today at the bar. It was my first visit both to the mall and The Cheesecake Factory. Kalita was the bartender and she was both professional and friendly with great recommendations. At her suggestion I ordered the Tuscan Chicken. Oh my gosh so wonderful. The restaurant has lovely ambience, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Go with confidence.
