The food, atmosphere, and service was exceptional. The fried mac-n-cheese was top tier! My steak was super tender, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We ordered 4 different kinds of cheesecake, all amazing! I will say that it is pricey, so be prepared, but definitely good.
Full transparency. I had written this place off years ago. After my visit tonight, it’s back on the good list. Party of 5 started with Mac and cheese ball appetizer. Excellent. I had pizza style chicken parm and Jess had parm crusted chicken. Both were great, but hers was the best!! Kids all liked their dinners too. Ended with 5 different cheesecake flavors. All good but the coconut cream was by far the best. Rounding out was our server Helena. She was friendly, gave good advice and extremely attentive. Best service we’ve had in months. Can’t wait until school starts in the fall so can visit again.
I visit Cheesecake Factory about twice a year and the quality of food never fails.
On our travels to Florida, we had a craving for some quality food, and Cheesecake Factory was on the list.
Their burgers ???? are thick and juicy, but their fried Calamari was off the charts. Soft, juicy, and tender in every bite.
The atmosphere is always pleasant and even though they were busy, our food arrived in a timely manner.
This restaurant location was nestled in a high-class shopping center where you have an opportunity to do some shopping after you eat or while you are waiting for your table.
One minor note for improvement is their menus: they were recently updated and honestly it’s a headache to read through the small chapter book they’ve created trying to make a decision with the multiple choices

The culinary experience consistently exceeds expectations. I personally believe there’s always room to improve but this particular restaurant certainly comes close!
Their dishes are truly exceptional! I wholeheartedly recommend trying the variety eggroll platter; it’s a delightful journey of flavors. Every dish we’ve sampled has been a delightful surprise, making each visit an adventure. From burgers, to pastas and more. Of course let’s not forget the ever famous cheesecake! More options than your mind could ever imagine.

Honestly I've been to better cheesecake factory restaurants. I don't want to say too much except you should have hired me when u had the chance I would have been a wonderful addition to your kitchen staff.
The side of mac and cheese and the kids spaghetti meal was very off putting. The parmesan herb crusted chicken breast with the mashed potatoes and the string beans were all right. The string beans were not sauteed long enough and the gravy was oily but we just didn't use it we ate the chicken, mash, and made it work with the mac n cheese... my 6yr old didn't eat the spaghetti at all it was dry like really dry.
We are visiting in Gainesville this week. We love our local Cheesecake factory in Tampa/St. Pete, so we stopped by here while in the area.
The atmosphere/ambience is always consistent. The cleanliness was spot on. Restroom clean and easy accessible parking. We always make a reservation ahead of time and they had our table ready upon arrival.
Erica, our server, was very nice and attentive. She brought water refills and also checked on us a few times. Our food and drinks were prompt. Additionally, the floor manager was amazing!! I observed a fully present and very attentive manager. He was helping wipe tables, seat and interact with guests and assist the staff. Well done sir.
We ordered the truffle honey chicken plate with asparagus and potatoes. I have had this dish at least 6 times now as it is my fav. The recipe and way everything was plated was consistent with other times; but the honey drizzle on top that our location has was missing here. I asked Erica about this, she brought out a little dish of their topping. Apparently this location does a truffle honey oil topping instead of a sticky honey drizzle with the truffle oil. Not a huge deal, but it was a difference worth noting.
We are celebrating an anniversary this week, so we indulged on the chocolate layer cake. Sooo decadent and moist and chocolatey!! It paired nicely with an espresso.

I haven't been in a while, but last night, I tried something new since the Chicken Parmesan pizza was sold out. I had the Chicken Belliago with angel noodles instead. I also had the Georgia Peach for the first time, alongside the Lemon Cheesecake, and it was awesome. On my next visit, I'll probably try burger with the White Chocolate cheesecake.
Wonderful food and service this time around. Tried the spicy chicken cashew and it was awesome! Husband had his bacon burger.
