I have visited many cheesecake factory locations before but this time I was joined by 5 cheesecake virgins. We were a walk-in at shortly after 12pm for lunch and were shown straight to a table for 6. A nice booth with lots of room. As always, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Sam M served us and was a credit to the restaurant. We enjoyed a range of dishes - see photos - and then stopped for take out cheesecake on the way out from the cheesecake counter. By the time we left (2pm ish) there was a long wait for tables with maybe 30 people waiting as we left. Reservations seem sensible at busy times.
We visited this Cheesecake Factory today and after visiting lots over the last several years this was the best one yet. Trevor was our waiter and he was the best. He couldn’t do enough to help us. The food was delicious. We had cheeseburger spring rolls to start and then lunch portion of orange chicken and substituted the rice for mash and the Asian chicken tacos. Everything was so good. The bread is a great starter. The service was the best thing about this place. I will 100% be coming back again. Oh and I couldn’t leave without dessert so we go a chocolate truffle cake to go.
Obviously, this is a very famous restaurant. However, the experience was pretty special, our waitress was a lovely Canadian girl who was as friendly as you would expect. The food was really really good, we had the nachos, angel hair pasta, and banana cream cheesecake. Would go back to order the same any day.
Excellent food and service. Our server was Sam M and she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It felt like talking to a friend. She deserves all the recognition!
We traveled about an hour to get here, and it was well worth the trip. In typical Cheesecake Factory style everything was fantastic. The salads were fresh, the appetizers were hot and delicious, and the ribeye steak was cook perfectly. We had very little waiting time for a table for 2, and our server was friendly and helpful.
Make a reservation to visit this restaurant, if possible. Very busy and long wait times to be seated for a party of 4. We waited because their cheesecake and food is worth it. Our server Mariah was a sweetheart, very attentive to our table, even though she was super busy. Everytime we needed something she was already there asking if we were OK. Food was stupendous, mostly everyone tried something new and we were happy with our orders. Will return to this specific location because we received great service even if the wait times are long.
Sorry that the photos were already started on, but, let's talk service and food! This is, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST CHEESECAKE FACTORY WE HAVE BEEN TOO. If you look at my profile, we have traveled a lot! I will come to this location EVERYTIME WE are in this area! The bartender, Pala,was ON point!!! Our drinks were AMAZING!!! When we got seated, our waitress, Alexi, was amazing. I asked for sourdough bread and she literally brought it out when it was hot. PERFECT!!! WE WILL BE BACK! you need to go here and enjoy the service and the food!!!
Busy Busy place but well worth the 45 min wait. Menu is crazy have so many things. Steak Diane was amazing and the egg roll sampler were really good!
