Best WLM Reviews

We visited on a nice sunny day, requested to sit in their covered area. This was after we stood in the entrance area waiting for a hostess to show up at the hostess stand. When she finally came back, she said all of the seats were filled. Except it was only half full. We expected that there was only one server in that area. Not worth our energy to ask more questions and we simply followed her to the seat she chose. Our server came over fairly quickly and took our drink order. Very friendly and helpful. She filled our drink order quickly and then placed our food order. The food came out a little longer than we had expected, but within reason. Fish and chips and a Cuban sandwich. The sandwich and fish were good, the fries seemed as if they had sat under a heat lamp for an extended length of time. The fries were warm enough, but really tough and not very good. The whole time our server kept our drinks full and she continually checked on us. Finally we ordered dessert, but took those to go as we were full.
We were excited to try Cheesecake Factory for the first time….the burger was just decent, I asked for medium and it was bone dry. Pasta was alright but nothing too special, a little rich. Salad was fresh but pretty basic. Overall worth a try but won’t go back.
Overall I would rate my experience a 4-star. The food was great, the portions could leave some extra leftover. Which is an amazing bonus!Filet mignon was nice and tender (as it should be). The four cheese was delicious.
My only frustration was a comment one of the waitresses had said when I was trying to get a visual of the menu on my phone. I had heard her say, (my table with my significant other and his dad) "group of teenagers on their phone". I was frustrated through the whole dinner being cautious of the waitress who had made that snarky comment.
Luckily, we had a really chill waitress who received a very well deserved 20% tip. Wish we could give more, she was a doll.
Happy celebrating to whomever lost their balloon!
Mediocre food. We ordered Chicken alfredo, a plain hamburger for our plain kiddo, meatloaf with mash potatoes, and the shrimp & Diane steak, & 1 slice of strawberry cheesecake. I didn't realize the Diane steaks were only thin slices and thought they were chunks of steak bites because I was asked how i liked the meat cooked ( medium rare and it wasn't). The meatloaf had some parts that were salty and then some areas that weren't. There were no complaints about the chicken alfredo and plain hamburger with fries. After dinner, my daughter was too stuffed for her cheesecake, so we asked it to be packaged to go, and then our server brought out a small decorated cute little birthday ice cream treat for my daughter on the house. The cheesecake we ordered was only okay, sad to say this, but Costco's was better, especially when they had their strawberry cheesecakes in season. Not worth the 15 dollars at the cheescake factory for 1 slice.
I went here with my family for mine & my Mom's birthday the other day. It was delicious, we had an awesome waitress who was happy to put up with my teenagers & their shenanigans too. I found a new favorite dish & flavor of cheesecake. The toasted chicken avocado sandwich was so good & the s'mores cheesecake is amazing as well. If you haven't been there yet you NEED to go!!!
It was our first time at Cheesecake Factory and l definitely like it. My French Dip Cheeseburger was really good. We ordered Basque Cheesecake, it was so tasty, but too much cream????
That was best Sheppards pie I ever had! Delicious. I was blown away! Wife had steak Diane medallions and was equally pleased. Served hot too. Service was good, thanks Matt and Isiah. We will definitely return. Well done CF.
First time at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I was impressed with the presentation of the food, service and the place. My Jamaican Shrimp dish was very good. My co-worker really liked his Fillet Mignon. The restaurant was big, and lots of selections on the menu. Oh, and the little desert store was awesome. I bought a couple of slices of cheesecake to-go, for $21! Kind of spendy, but I guess it's worth it. I love Tiramisu cheesecake anyway. Next time I'm bringing my husband here for dinner.
