BUG IN MY DRINK! I ordered a Tropical Ginger Cooler. You can see in the picture that there is a black ⚫️ in the glass. I didn't realize it until after I had a few sips. Very disgusting, and they way it was handled was a little disappointing. I let my server know, and he said the manager would come talk to me. The manager came over and said sorry we will make you a new one and started to leave. I then mentioned to him that I had taken a sip, and that was disgusting. Only after I said that did he say we will take the drink off your bill. I could have made a big deal about it, but I didn't. The least he could have done was a free appetizer or dessert, and the drink comped. He was very short with us and did not seem concerned. Needless to say, I will never be back. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. The place is kind of dark, maybe it's so you dont see the bugs in your food?
Follow up. Corporate reached out to us because of the review. They gave us a gift card for a free appetizer or dessert. We really appreciate them going out of the way and reaching out. This is why I went up a star for this review. Hopefully, the manager will learn some customer service, for future incidents.
First time visiting the cheesecake factory and we loved it so much that we went twice????
The first night we only went for the strawberry cheesecake and a drink. The cheesecake was incredibly delicious, super creamy and soft, we ordered the strawberry one because it is a classic.
The second night we went for dinner, the portions are large, they serve you hot bread with butter while you wait for your food.
Everything was delicious, the cheesecake we ordered was the salted caramel, which is one of the most requested and popular. We ordered it to go because we couldn't eat anymore ????
I tell you that this flavor is heaven, WOW, it surpassed the strawberry one, if you go, please don't stop ordering it.
The place was always full both times we went, we didn't make a reservation and yet they seated us quickly. Please be patient to find where to park your car, as this is a very busy area.
I will definitely come back, because they have many cheesecake flavors to try????????????????????????????
Went to this location for Valentine's day. We came early enough and were sat immediately! I forgot the name of our server but she was great. The other staff was also very kind and this one employee had the cutest festive makeup look that I loved. Despite the place getting packed everyone was attentive. The servings were large and the food tasted delicious. My boyfriend and I shared the egg-roll sampler and I had the chicken alfredo. I think the price was fair for everything. The only bad thing is that the bathrooms were really dirty with overflowing trash bins and no toilet paper.
The food was fabulous. We ordered the dishes to share and leftovers. The attention was excellent. I totally arrived because it was a holiday and still everything was wonderful. Without a doubt, it deserves 5 stars.
Arrived without reservation and put our name down for waitlist of 40 minutes but got in within 20 minutes which was great considering how busy they were.
Ordered appetizers that were great but took a minute to get to us. Then we were waiting for another 30 minutes for our entrees and the manager even came out to apologize for the delay and the food came about 10 minutes after. Bit aggravating to have that happen as all the other tables that arrived after us got their appetizers and entrees very fast and we just had to sit and watch. When the food arrived my partners came without the sauce leaving the noodles dry and we asked for the sauce which didn’t come until we asked again a few minutes later.
Other than that, cheesecakes were delicious as per usual and food was good.
Talked to the manager afterwards and dessert was comped for poor service.
This proved the perfect venue for our year- end girl-gang meet-up
The outdoor seating area muted the music from the main restaurant, allowing for easy conversation.
I was surprised to learn of the all-day breakfast option and a weekend brunch
I was very happy with my menu option, choosing a breakfast omelet with the option for a gluten-free bun. The prosecco was good as well.
After our group disbanded, I moved to a smaller table to catch up on my social media with coffee and a gluten-free chocolate mouse cake.
I especially love this location with all the shops for browsing and shopping.
Our server was amazing though, sadly, I don't recall his name. Our party was over 10 persons, and he went on to serve me after I transitioned to a solo diner. I'm so sad that I can't give him a personal recommendation as I don't remember his name.

Constantly busy. Very indicative of a great restaurant! Typical wait is 10 min, staff is friendly and of course their food is great. Been here over 10x and always a good experience! Love their breakfast and the indoor window seating is very nice, and on cool evenings their outdoor patio is very pleasing.
With a corner location, you can’t miss. A definite gem in West Pines ✨
So the wait was a not bad , our server was great. Food was good
