They have always even fair with us and straight forwarded with the problems and the cost to fix the auto. The workers are nice and listen to the customers. Nice to have the Car Clinic in area. They have always served us nicely.

Courteous, quick...but thorough, show they care about their costumers...is exactly how I describe the Car Clinic in Rushville, IN and all employees. I have stood back and watched them deal with my family and friends and now myself. Every interaction was done with compassion. This is the place to go for auto repair. Knowledgeable, skilled, timely service at good prices. Very friendly and took time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to get it safely back on the road. Love this place!
Went here cause they offered to pick you up and drop you off, didnt know it was gonna be a 85 year old man driving my vehicle that needed breaks n such back and forth.
Rotated my tires without asking.
Took a piece of my suspension?( all i know it was long and black) off without asking then tried to charge me for it.
Then to top it all off the middle aged lady was very rude! No one was helpful.
Alsooo i made a appointment and was very clear about needing it back at certain time and still didnt my car back till 10 minutes before work.
The Car Clinic Staff are #1 in my book!
Honest and very trust Worthy. They tell you what's wrong with your car in plan English,no pressure what so ever. Go here if you vehicle needs service, they won't steer you wrong!
