My first experience to Capital Grille was amazing. Our party dined alfresco and each of our entrees were great. My daughter ate the lobster bisque and lobster salad, my friend chose the mini tenderloin sandwiches with the truffle fries, and I dined on halibut. Scrumptious! We shared a massive piece of coconut cream pie with caramel sauce. What a feast for the tastebuds. Our waiter was attentive to our needs and made excellent suggestions.
We had a great experience here, fantastic food and fantastic service as well! Our server was so attentive and courteous. She gave us two free champagnes and two plates of cheesecake for free! It was a very pleasant surprise and the servers here deserve the best. The food was flawless, my steak was perfect and that was the best asparagus/lobster Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. The oysters were great as well, I just wished it was a dozen instead of half. One of my favorite cheesecakes as well. It is expensive here but worth it. I would definitely go back.
The food at this capital grill was excellent. The hostess greeted us promptly with a smile and honored our request for outdoor seating. My field salad was super fresh, the shrimp cocktail was juicy, and my daughter loved her clam chowder because it was so flavorful. The entree did not disappoint as well. The filet mignon was so tender and delicious. The customer service was top notch. Karla and Will were absolutely amazing and so attentive. We had a flight to catch and they made sure everything came out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place and especially the Karla and Will team of servers !

An unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we stepped into Capital Grille, we were treated like royalty. Byron, our server, was simply exceptional. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our evening truly special. Not only did he cater to our every need, but he also went above and beyond to make my cousin's birthday celebration unforgettable.
Every bite was a delight! The oysters were fresh and brimming with flavor, while the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella was a savory indulgence that left us wanting more. And let’s talk about the sea bass - it was beyond phenomenal, cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with its accompaniments. Each dish was like a chef’s kiss, a true masterpiece of flavors and textures that left us in awe.
The management team was also outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was exquisite, the ambiance was elegant, and Byron's outstanding service truly elevated the entire experience. We can't wait to return!
Christmas Eve dinner was fantastic. We really loved the steaks and the service. Nicole was so pleasant and it made our meal a memorable one.
The Capital Grille at the Mall of Millenia offers a fantastic dining experience with exceptional steaks and a delightful atmosphere. The service is great, although I've experienced an even higher standard in their Miami location. The steaks were truly amazing, perfectly combining flavor and tenderness. The ambiance adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. In summary, a top-notch dining destination, though service may slightly excel in their Miami counterpart.
Food was excellent. Ask for the truffle butter on top of your steak! I got the boke in ribeye and asked for it Pittsburgh style medium rare and it came out perfect. The dirty martinis and bloody Mary's was good. My favorite appetizers was the fried bacon thing, can't remember what it's called, the crab cakes, and the Brussel sprouts. The lobster bisque was also good and had decent sized chunks of lobster in it. I also had the wedge salad which is good too.
