Taylor has amazing customer service! She has been working there for at least four years. I didn't go there for a year because I moved and when I finally called in an order she recognized me on the phone. Would have gave five stars if they had any kind of PTO for their employees.
This is an excellent place to get really good tasting meal for a reasonable price.
I even took updated photos of the prices and food so that everyone can see the menu before going.
Tasty chow at The Burger House! A big selection of traditional, and interesting combos (my first peanut butter burger lol), but seriously good! Lots of sides to choose from too. Their onion rings are a cure for a bad day, enjoying some right now! The lobby, tables, and chairs are very clean, they have nice outdoor dining too. Overall a well kept restaurant, won't disappoint.
The fries and fry sauce are both top notch. Decent burgers, will definitely satisfy your burger cravings. Pretty good variety too. The staff was friendly.
Great burgers! I think they recently changed their fries, and they taste fantastic. My go-to is the peanut butter bacon burger and it's always been perfect. Wide selection of burgers, quick service, and reasonable prices for what you get. They also have brewed iced tea instead of fountain, which I really appreciate. I've been here dozens of times over the years and have never had an incorrect order and it's been delicious every time!
I have ordered here 3 times and each time my order was wrong and my burger was cold. I love 5min down the road so that is not the issue. The only good thing is the fries. Disappointing for a supposed burger joint.
It was nothing like we were thinking based on the description given, but we are completely satisfied, the food was great, as well as the service. I would recommend the Burger House and WILL return!
Food quality has gone down. I ordered a Peanut Butter Bacon Burger, what I got looked like a dollar menu burger. It was flat and put together in the most inconsiderate way. They were not busy so there was no need for the slop. Also ordered a chicken strip basket and it was tossed in the bag upside-down. Very displeased will not likely return.
