Love Boar House Bbq. What a great place serving good food.
I’ve had the Bbq pork sandwich, their smoked chicken ( pictured) which is a smoked breast and sliced. Everything is delicious. Always served just right. Love their slaw and bbq beans too. Ask them for a sample of their house sauces too. Amazing. Everyone raves about the desserts so we’ll be trying that on our next visit. Already looking forward to it.
Wonderful potatoe salad! Extreme chicken bites are amazing! Definitely a go to spot in Heber Springs!
My boyfriend and I came into town on a date while on my family vacation. The brisket was so tender and flavorful. The portions are generous. The price is great. The pulled pork and their homemade BBQ sauce was DELICIOUS as well. It’s a cute little place and the staff were kind. Definitely would recommend for families who need options; we got pizza, barbecue, and ice cream next door, all in one stop. We searched up “restaurants near me” on a whim without looking at reviews and my boyfriend said “I don’t think we could have found a better place for dinner if we tried!” Safe to say we will come back!!!
I will say, my maps didn’t take me directly to the restaurant. I’m glad we drove around a little bit before settling for Sonic.
We ate lunch late in the day. Service was great. No alcohol served here. A+ for the baked beans and the loaded fries that were topped with chicken strips and buffalo sauce. Chicken salad and hushpuppies also very good. IMO the ribs and the brisket were dry. May have been the time of day we were eating. Pulled pork was excellent. We'll be back .
First time eating from there expected alot better ended up throwing in the trash. My husband a d I were very disappointed. We ordered the BBQ Sundae ordered his spicy which was not expected great BBQ beans but tasted like they didn't even try to make them good. Barely any BBQ sauce in it. Now I have to deal with a very angry husband since it was my idea to try them.
The food is amazing! Large portions for the price. The service is hit or miss. Sampler plate is massive. Smoke chicken is really good! Onion petals are ????
I got the 4 rib plate that includes 2 sides. Ribs were amazing, potato salad and Cole slaw was great as well. Cole slaw is in the sweet style.
Food is fairly good. Priced accordingly. But very, very, very pathetic customer service I will never ever step foot back in that place again. Some immature girl screams at us where not to sit and yells again where to sit. Absolutely RUDE!!!!!!!!!. My wife was so embarrassed and I also. Come to think about there food is overpriced and greasy. Absolutely a big zero rating !!!!!
