Best muthaeffin pancakes I’ve ever had!Just thinking about them makes my mouth water!!! Western omelette was ok had too much cheese and overall not that impressed with it. But the pancakes both regular or with strawberry compote were d to the lish!
Saw the rating for Blue Skillet and the pricing online looked great, so I took a party of 3 here for breakfast. The menu is huge, and the portions are too.
The omelette looked like a small football it was so stuffed with meat. The crepes were beautiful, light, and the cheese filling was a marscapone style of sweet cheese which complimented the fruit and crepe well. Everyone complimented their dishes, including the coffee, which was very good a diner style cup.
We ended up waiting about 15 minutes at 945 on a Saturday. The place was packed. Service was still very attentive, and our food came out quickly.
Overall, excellent and affordable breakfast experience.
The service is friendly. I like the Belgium waffles and their fresh fruit crepes the best. The restaurant is clean. There is plenty of parking. Best coffee in town.
We loved it. We had a apple cinnamon crepe and it was awesome! We will definitely be back to try more.
The food was delicious given the fact that we got there almost an hour before closing. The portion size was good and there was some worry because when wr entered and sat down my partner noticed that other tables had plates with food left over and thought either the portion was on the bigger side or the food wasn't good. The service was good too, attentive and prompt. I will be trying this place again, since there was another dish I wanted to try.
I had a nice grilled cheese and ham sandwich with french fries. Large portions at a good price. My waitress was friendly and attentive.
It's rare that the pictures on the menu appear smaller than what arrives at the table. I ordered Oreo pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon, thinking a couple of pancakes wouldn't fill me up. I took half of the pancakes home, and I was stuffed. Everything was very tasty, much better than most breakfast joints. Service was friendly and fast. I've found a new favorite breakfast joint. I will be back!
Food is delicious. Makes the slow, likes to ignore their customers and forget what they asked for more than once waitresses , worth the wait. Place was for the most part clean and not too loud.
